Quiet & Privacy Near the Best of Oro Valley

We had a very positive experience with our stay. Virgil (Property Manager) was excellent-- Extremely attentive, caring and responsive-- above anything I would have expected. We also loved the location-- great for swimming in the best outdoor pool, cycling and running. The unit was also very clean and the surrounding property was well-maintained as well as beautiful to look at. As described, it was convenient and easy to do laundry right there on-site. The weather was uncharacteristically hot for March and so we were also very pleased that the AC units in the unit kept the inside very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the guest house is located right near several major roads so we would not describe it as quiet-- as you can always hear the sound of traffic noise, when sitting outside or if you open a window in the unit.

This rental was perfect for us! It is in a lovely area with convenient shopping nearby. It was nice to have a laundry room, also. We will definitely be back!

The host was welcoming, and attentive to our needs. However, we spent the entire first day there cleaning the apartment. If there is a cleaning crew, they need to be fired. The apartment is small, but is usable. The laundry facility for all of the apartments is attached to this unit. If you are showering when the washing machine starts, you lose your hot water. The door to the laundry slams loudly when the other tenants use the laundry, because they don’t care if they wake you or not. The unit could definitely use a fresh coat of interior paint.With these problems in mind, we still enjoyed our stay there. It is close to just about anything that you might want to do. The front deck area was great, and we spent quite a bit of time there enjoying the sun.

Nice and nestled. Close enough to all of anyone’s entertainment and shopping needs. While at the property it is pure peace and nature.

Conveniently located. Nice to have the views and the picnic table outside.

I loved the location of this casita. Close to everything I needed in Oro Valley. The parking was a bit tricky when another car was parked close by making it hard to turn around and backing up was difficult along the long, gravel driveway. The outside seating area was beautiful. The inside was dark and not as clean as I prefer, but ok.

I can’t express enough on how amazing this place and host are. I love to have “staycations” and I truly don’t see myself staying at other properties.

This property was quiet and peaceful. Has a nice porch to sit out on in the morning and evening.

No sheets available for 2nd.bed. Host assumed husband and wife sleep in the same bed.Hide a bed needs cleaning. Need soap or body wash for shower,.not witch hazel. Had is use hand.soap. Shower drain extremely slow. Little gecko ran across the bed. No A.C. on when we arrived 107 outside, inside not much cooler. Needs Some updating, Urine smell in the bedroom.(Pet)? Door to house not sealed bug entry.
