It was a cozy little stay, just as described. Convenient for us, since we were visiting family who live in Renton. My only complaints were: the heating units are a little loud and my bad back wasn't a fan of the softness of the bed. (But that's personal to me.). Great hosts and a fun stay!

This property exceeded my expectations. Ths host was extremely polite and answered all my questions. The house was extremely clean and quite which was very nice, felt right at home. If ever in town again i will definitely stay here.

This was the perfect spot for an extended stay. Although close to the main house we had total privacy. Rob is a wonderful host who added lots of bonuses in the kitchen when we arrived. He is very prompt at responding to any communication. Also just a great person :). Will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

We loved this little house. Perfect for a two person getaway. Everything was clean, access instructions were clear, the hot tub was lovely and easy to use.

This spot was perfect for our needs and allowed us easy access to the Seattle area without staying in the city. Robert was thoughtful and we appreciated his laid back hosting approach. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Property is quite, bed was comfortable, owner was very responsive. Only reason for the 4 rating is that the couch is for a child and not comfortable to sit on. Location is great.

The house was the perfect size for 2 and the hottube was well maintained and clean. Rob was quick to answer our question and very polite.

We wanted to stay in Renton for some work we were doing in the area. This place was the perfect fit. It is small and a bit rustic, but it had everything we needed for our stay with thoughtful amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Check-in was easy and everything was clean. It is a great location and I'd return if I was in the area and needed a place to stay.

We arrived late and had to leave early, but this place was perfect for us. And the bed was really comfortable!

The cutest and quietest home-base for my girlfriend and I's week-long vacation. Owners were very sweet and responded instantly. Close to Seattle, SeaTac Airport, and some nice hiking spots. Would most definitely stay again!

We really liked this little place. Not much privacy outside since it’s between their 2 places, but inside is quiet. The bed is a little stiff for my personal preference but so many great amenities. We went to a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. Only 30-40 minutes away so it was perfect! The owners were very nice!

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful 1 bed, 1 bath mother in law unit on our hosts property. It was amazing. We saw a gray and white cat when we got back late. It had everything needed and more!

Our stay at Rob's place was terrific. The best host and hostess that we have run across on all our adventures. The home was cozy, clean, and all we needed for a week's stay. We got wine and warm home-baked cookies (that were to die for). We highly recommend to everyone to stay here. You will not regret it.

First off super cute little house and the property is so lush with all kinds of foliage. The little house is perfect and had everything we needed and well stocked for our 5 day stay. Rob was the kindest host and was always available if we needed anything. Traffic is horrendous all the way around Seattle , but nothing that has anything to do with our stay! If we ever roam this way again we would stay in a heartbeat and tell our couple friends to do the same! Thanks Rob!

We stayed one night as we had an early flight out of SeaTac that morning. It was quiet and offered nice amenities, Including a bbq and a well stocked kitchen. It was a quick drive to SeaTac but it was 3:10am…. We would stay here again, nice place! Thanks

We stayed two nights. Rob was very communicative from booking to the end of our stay. House is very quiet and had everything we needed. Nice selection of k-cups for our enjoyment and nice snacks. We went to the Metallica concert and got back late, the snacks were perfect! Would book again

The owner is very quick to respond to any inquiry which I appreciate! The place was a great value and tidy and in a safe and convenient location. We came to visit family only a couple miles away. The tv kept rebooting automatically I think due to the internet connection; but that was a minor thing. The small loveseat was comfortable and would have been even better if it was a sleeper sofa. There was plenty of extra bedding and linens. The day we left the owner gave us cookies which was very sweet. Overall recommend this place and we would return again!

The hosts are the kindest I have ever experienced. They were absolutely wonderful. The home was well equipped and clean with some added treats. My son loved playing with their dog. Great location as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were the loveliest couple and so welcoming to their property, and permitted us to use their hot tub and pool table while we stayed. The home had everything you would need and plenty of extras including a few snacking items. Which we enjoyed in the evening and some fresh raspberries they picked for us in the morning and an assortment of coffee and other hot drinks. It was a great location to get in and out of and a short drive into the city. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality!

The AC works well, the place is a great size and a cozy layout. There's a little writing desk, a table, coffee machine and Netflix. Was a great stay.
