Quiet, newly built, bayfront beauty with marvelous sunset views & jetted tub

Very clean and comfortable. Family loved it.

The bay view was great and bird watching on the water was very interesting.

Appreciated washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked.The only issue was that the entry key pad was extremely finicky. Sometimes took 5 or 6 tries before entry was possible. There would be a red light for one digit and we’d have to begin again.

We enjoyed our stay, such a nice view! The house is adorable, and well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood, and easy access to town and highway.

Cute, clean and close to town

While the house itself was great I must say the surrounding area is less than appealing. I think this house is the nicest in that location. While it was neat to stay by the bay others reviewed they were able to see wonderful sunsets. Well I guess we weren’t prepared for Oregon fog because we saw not one sunset due to the fog. So keeps that in mind. As for watching the tide go in & out that was okay but most of the time you are just looking at the mud & bay bottom. Also while it was good for being centrally located the town itself didn’t offer up much for things to do. So based off the house itself it was a comfortable stay for 3 people. (This stay was during the month of July cold windy & foggy…who knew not this Ohio girl lol)

The location of the house is beautiful. You can see the tides going in and out, tons of birds and ships. Amenities are great, having a washer and dryer was nice, and they have a closet with games you can play.

It was wonderful and the view was beautiful. Just sharing that the heaters in both bathrooms didn’t work and the microwave leaked water after using it.

If your looking for something a little different then just a beach stay, this is for you. Watching the tide go in and out and hearing the low rumble of the ocean was beautiful.

The property setting was beautiful and the sunsets amazing. We really liked the house. However, we discovered one of the beds had not been changed late at night and had to hunt for linens and change it. When we contacted the guests services in the morning they asked if we wanted housekeeping to come out. I replied yes and asked for them to let us know when they would be coming. They never showed up. The next morning I asked what happened and they said they never got my reply. I looked and it was on our text thread. When I said that was not true and sent pictures they said they reviewed it and there was not a problem. It is too bad because it is a nice place to stay but the follow through was not good. I sent a letter and pictures to the owner.

This property is fairly new and is very nicely appointed. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The view is amazing and it would be comfortable for 2 couples. A car is necessary.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we love the convenience of the location and watching the water come in and out from the window, we will come again next year!

Vacasa was not correct at all with check in instructions. They sent a 10 digit code for a 4 digit dial. There was NO LOCK BOX WITH A KEY. It was an access code for the combo on the door. The house was very dirty. It had not been dusted in a very long time. The panels on the doors where white white with so much dust. There was so much grease on the stove top i had to go buy a cleaner to get it off. There was pink mold in the shower,the towel bar is just about ready to fall off. The toilet was dirty,i got the brush to clean it,it was covered with pink mold. TOP TOP IT ALL WE OPENED THE MICROWARE DOOR AND THE WHOLE TOP OF THE MICROWAVE FELL OFF HITTING MY HUSBAND. SOMEONE HAD BROKE ALL THE CLIPS AND IT WAS JUST SITTING THERE. I CALLED AND TEXT SENT PHOTOS, THEY SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US ANY CREDIT FOR ANY ISSUES. I PLAN ON SENDING THE OWNER ALL THE PHOTOS I SENT TO VACASA AND LET HIM DEAL WITH THEM. WE WERE SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT HOUSE. THE 1ST TIME WAS SO PLEASANT. VACASA NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEM.

We loved the house. This house was done amazingly and is incredibly clean. It was more spacious than anticipated. We had 4 adults, two 7 year olds and a 3 year old. The bay just behind the house is a bit mucky. The main intention was for the adults to be able to sit in the yard and the older kids play to their hearts content on the 'beach' area on their own. This did end up happening, which was amazing, but took some time for them to be comfortable with the ground (more muddy and some light sinking happening). They ended up still spending hours out there though, catching tiny sand crabs and saving more jelly fish than I could count. All in all a great stay, and the hosts were prompt to respond, the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. If you are looking for the beachy vibe, this might not be what you're looking for, but if you looking for a great house, that is incredibly quiet and has great views over the bay, this house is amazing!

Beautiful view, clean house and very comfortable beds. We loved our stay. We saw a couple of gorgeous sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked and water pressure in the showers was great! Only negatives would be the bath towels and washcloths were really scratchy. They need some fabric softener. The steak knives were super dull. I had a difficult time even cutting an onion. Overall we would absolutely stay there again.
