Quiet Neighborhood, 3 bedrooms, Equipped kitchen, Pet Friendly

The community this house is in, is so peaceful. We had privacy, quiet and a secure place for our dog. We enjoyed walking our dog in the community. The location was great!! 5 miles to The Wharf and we traveled everywhere from Mobile to Pensacola. We enjoyed being able to come back and truly just relax. The host, Royce was QUICK on communications and had an answer for any question we had. Great place … would rent again.

the place was clean and the air conditioning kept the house at a comfortable level. the neighbor hood is great and we liked to go for walks in it.i would defiantly stay there again when in the area.

Host - Royce was an excellent host. When I contacted him, he answered quickly.We left all remotes by the TVs. The single beds room did not have a remote. The person staying in that room did not turn on the tv while we were there. The last thing was the air conditioning intake in the dining room definitely needs to be cleaned. We so enjoyed our state. Second time staying at this sweet little pet friendly home & love it! Very clean & cozy, the neighborhood is quiet & great for walking with your pet. The backyard is fenced in which is great for those bringing pets. The Avenue Pub is within walking distance where you can enjoy food & drinks while looking out over the bay. Will definitely be back.

For the most part it was great, clean (except for vent in ding room/kitchen near hanging fish blowing dust balls) & good location. Issues we ran into were... not enough toilet paper or trash bags. The kitchen left much to be desired, the teflon pan were chipping into the food. The remaining bake/cookware and dishes all looked as if they were hand me downs, left overs or from a garage sale.

This was the perfect location. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was perfect. Very cute and clean.

The house was in a great location! Loved the little beach at the end of the street, we watched dolphins from there a couple nights. Overall it was a perfect house for our family!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Osprey watch. Royce was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The neighbors were also really nice and had great suggestions of stuff to do in the area. All in all I would recommend as a great family vacation house.

This was our third stay and we loved it just as much as the first time! The home is perfectly comfortable for four adults. It is so well located to everything; restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The private access points for the neighborhood are our favorite spots. Since we were there over Memorial Day week we spent most of our time there and not the over crowded beaches. We were able to relax and just get away. We will be back soon! Thank you!

Great place and pet friendly

Great communication with the host and a wonderful place to enjoy with family.

My family met to have a memorial for our parents in the gulf and then spend Easter together. This home was the PERFECT place to do that. We Loved the spacious home and the great back deck. Everyone enjoyed playing ping pong, and the back yard was perfect for our egg hunt. Afterwards, my husband and I walked to the members only pier, a short block away, and watched the boats pass by. It was such a peaceful way to end our fabulous weekend. The neighborhood is really quiet, and at the time of our visit, the birds were chirping everywhere, which made for a really relaxing time out on the back porch. Although I probably drove him crazy asking questions, Royce was always quick to reply. The home had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

It is so nice to pull up to your vacation rental, walk in and have it be exactly as you expected. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet but you are a short drive to anywhere you want to go.although

We were here for a short stay that could have easily been extended. Yard was fenced which was great for our fur babies. All amenities listed,quick response time from owner. In general very comfortable

We escaped to this property not knowing what Hurricane Helene would bring to our home city. During our travel and time in Orange Beach, Royce took such good care of us. He checked in several times, shared ideas for kids activities, etc. He was so helpful and reassuring. The property and neighborhood was well suited for our family, including dogs. The screened porch was lovely and access to the private beach areas on the bay was a plus. We will keep this one on the list for future trips.

The house was exactly as they say. Comfortable, quite, and cozy. This house has plenty of space with the master suite being on opposite sides of the house from the other bedrooms. It was equipped for all of the families needs. Every bed is like sleeping on a soft cloud and made resting a breeze. Our favorite bonus was the screened in back porch. There was even a ping-pong table, that my family enjoyed several matches on to end our evenings. The fenced in back yard was perfect to bring our furry friend along. The location is key. Its in a nice quite neighborhood, just blocks away from all of your must sees. Also, far enough away that you don´t feel the fast pace life going on around you. You will not be disappointed!

We were in Auburn for my niece’s graduation and decided to tack on a beach getaway for a few days. Our biggest constraint was that we travel with two geriatric golden retrievers and needed a pet friendly place to stay. We were extremely fortunate to find this place. It’s located in a beautiful quiet and friendly neighborhood which gives you insight into living in Orange Beach. More importantly, the home reflected the pride and joy, coziness and friendliness of the owners. The home had all the amenities anyone could possibly need and had a fun, laid back atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending time here again. Thank Royce and family!!

The house had all the features we needed with the fenced in backyard. Great neighborhood closes enough to the beach, gym, and restaurant. We would stay there again

My family and I enjoyed our stay! My only recommendation would be to pressure wash the deck as it gets VERY slick when it's wet. Several of us almost slipped on it after a rain. Great location.

The house is in a great location, it is a quiet neighborhood and is very convenient to get to the beach and shopping. The kitchen and laundry have everything needed. The screened in porch and the ping pong table were a hit with the teenagers and best of all, it's pet friendly, so the whole family was able to be there. We had a great time.
