Quiet location close to mountain activities

Location was very convenient to explore area around, and communication was very easy. House is equiped for high occupancy, with 2 bunk beds, 2 double beds, and another Queen Bed upstairs which leave little room for large suitcases. It still worked for us.

Great condo. Well maintained and all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Minutes from Waterville and an easy drive.

Location was great for skiing at Waterville valley. Space was great, beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and directions and check in instructions were clear. TV, games, and Nintendo system were fun for all. There were no paper towels (cleaners forgot to refill), only one dishwasher tablet, and the dryer wasn’t working, which was inconvenient.

Ideal location for us. Big airy property.

Check in and out was easy. Refrigerator worked but should have been wiped down. We only slept there. Not sure why there are 3 coffee machines. Read the info on table and found the kuerig where it was stored. I could not find a dish/kitchen towel and luckily I read the info and brought my own paper towels and TP. There was barely any left for our use so I used my own paper towels. A condo with 1 king bed 4 twins and 2 full beds needs more towels. I did not like any linens I found near washing machine and there was no pool towels and only 4 very small scratchy stiff thin bath towels. Luckily I brought my own beach towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Maybe they were stored somewhere I missed seeing? The king bed was comfortable but pillow needs to be replaced as It was torn with stuffing popped out. Housekeeping should let owner know they need to replace it. If I stayed there again I know I need to bring my own linens towels and pillows.

The house was perfect for what me and my family were looking for. There were enough beds for everyone, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating.

I love how quiet it is. The place itself is a bit run down. Fridge had full of left over old food and dirty pan. Stove is just not usable but we didn’t have to bake anything. We did enjoy staying there.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a peaceful area. The beds were very comfortable. One of my boys insist that we mark this place as a favorite so we can stay here again in the future.

We were a group of 6 staying 3 nights, 4 of us stayed here last year. I needed Amy’s assistance only once and she answered right away. We hope to stay here again.

Condo as advertised. Quiet & comfortable. Short 15 min drive to Waterville Valley Ice Arena. Accomodated 3 Moms, 1 Dad & 3 pre-teen hockey players. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay here again.

My fiancé and in-laws stayed at Amy’s condo for the Freestyle World Cup at Waterville Valley. The location was absolutely perfect - close enough to the mountain, but also only 10 minutes from the high way. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and had a great weekend!
