Quiet living near Brian Head, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and more!

This was one of our favorite stays on our trip. The hosts were great, house was quiet, clean and cozy.

The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, and a washer and dryer are provided. There is a small yard with a fire pit where you can sit and look at the stars. Always an enjoyable place to stay!

Comfortable pet friendly cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Lovely stay.

We have stayed twice at this cute, quiet, and pet-friendly cottage. Plenty of room to be comfortable. Two bedrooms, a nice sized family room with comfortable couches and a full sized kitchen. My only complaint is the cook ware in the kitchen. We cook most of our meals in. The frying pans were in terrible shape. Non stick coating coming off of the pans. We brought our own the second time. Everything else was wonderful.

Absolutely perfect! I loved this place and if the rates don't go up I will be back. Single female with two chihuahuas felt totally safe. Quiet with great views. A hard bed and a soft bed so should work for any sleeper depending on your preference. No weird smells (no air freshener or chemical odors). Comfortable and well stocked. Amazing place!!!

The little house was perfect for three adults. Very, very clean. Everything worked!😊 Only down was no TV in bedrooms nor dressers. Highly recommend.

Very secluded away from the city, which was a good thing, but GPS couldn't get us there and directions supplied by the owner were wrong. Directions said to take a left at 2 different times, and there wasn't a road to turn left on. We turned right instead both times and found it. The place was really nice except for the beds. One bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the other bed was VERY hard and VERY uncomfortable. Fix the beds and the directions, and this would have been a 5-star place to stay.

We stayed here when our daughters were playing softball at the Utah summer games. We were close to the fields, close to amazing food places, but in quite area. Kitchen was stocked adequately with all the necessities of home. Beds were comfortable. Only thing we found missing was an extra mirror in the bedrooms or in common area. Traveling with 3 girls all getting ready at the same time this was a suggestion from them.

It was nice place stay and was quiet and better then a hotel. We would stay again.

The property was exactly as expected. It was clean and the house rules and expectations were written out nicely and were easy to follow.

This was an amazing little casita! The hosts were incredible to work with, it had everything I needed and included beautiful views! The couch was so comfortable and easy to pull out into a bed, that I didn’t even try out an actual bed. Though I’m sure they are great too! Would (and probably will) book again!

We enjoyed our stay and mostly had everything we needed. We did a lot of cooking, so I found it slightly inconvenient that all the pots did not have matching lids. The location was great! We didn’t mind driving back-and-forth from Brianhead the three days we were there.

Clean and easy stay!

The place was everything we expected and the host was extremely accommodating. Very clean and new.

We have stayed here multiple times….. its a convenient location, clean, updated, and comfortable.

Holly was very easy to communicate with. We just wanted a nice clean place to sleep a few hours. The house was very clean and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and not too far off the highway, close to gas station and quick access back to highway without backtracking. AC works fine although we forgot to set it before bed, the house was keeping cool at 71 degrees without it so it was okay this time of year OCT 2025. We turned AC to 70 briefly sometime during the night and it works well their home was nice and cool fairly quickly and holds temperature well. The house is insulated well to as we did not hear any of the highway traffic during our stay. Bed had lots of pillows and blankets available. We did not use the kitchen but it is very nice, the fridge works well. Happy Campers!

The casita was wonderful. We only stayed overnight heading north. Then again overnight on our way home. Very clean, comfortable. And easy access from freeway.

Perfect little place for a quick trip.

Loved the stay. Quiet. Parking stall next to the door. Fridge was huge. Bed was comfortable. Nice and roomy. Convenient to get to cedar or Enoch. Awesome stay.

Easy check in, check out. This was my first time at an air b and b.. the host walked me through on what to expect, what I should (or should not) bring. We were touring the college nearby - which was only a few minute drive!

They have everything you need to comfortably live as usually at home. Open space, big windows and a great view. Plus a campfire evening. We had a lot of fun.

Perfect for what we needed

This was the perfect place to stay with my family! I brought my 4 kids with me and we were so comfortable. It's such a cute place and we had everything we needed. Loved it!

Clean and cozy. Perfect for a place to stay before/after hitting the slopes.

My son was playing hockey near by so we stayed for the weekend. Casita was perfect! It was clean, updated, spacious, lots of amenities and Holly was so attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay again if my son continues to play for the team next season.?

Casita was very clean and was just right for our short stay. It was nice having the field right there to walk the dogs.Price was very reasonable.

Our second stay here was just as fabulous as the first. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. My teens said the pull out sofa sleeper was the most comfortable one they have ever slept on...good quality! Definitely stay here!

This cozy house is well appointed and was a perfect stay for our family. It was spotless and very comfortable. We will be back.

The over all appearance was clean but there was hair in the bathroom and spiders but the main door. One of our group recieved spider bites while sleeping.

All questions were responded to very quickly and patiently. House was clean in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for a quick stay after high school bike race.
