Quiet lake getaway offering R&R with 2 electric bikes and optional sunset cruise

We enjoyed this amazing house. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and more. We enjoyed the lanai especially since we lucked out with several beautiful spring days. The fireplace was dreamy! We used the bikes and kayaks every day. No one wanted to leave!

We loved this place. It was comfortable, roomy, beautifully decorated, etc. it had everything you could want and more. You could tell a lot of thought went into the building and decorating of this place. We will definitely rent this beautiful home when we are in the area again. Close to Denver for shopping and restaurants. Close to Mooresville too. The hosts were great. They met us at the property and went over features and checkout items and always got back to us right away. There is a beautiful patio with a TV and fireplace we got to enjoy as well as an amazing kitchen, TV room, coffee and wine bar area. The pics in the ad don’t do this place justice. When you walk up yo the house and walk inside, everyone was like “wow!ʻ.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and extremely clean and had all the amenities you could ever need. They had E-Bikes, Kayaks, games, etc. The hosts were nothing short of spectacular! We stay in VRBO’s 2-3 times a year and we’ve ranked this one #1. We’d go back to this house in a heartbeat. We love NC and this made our stay that much more enjoyable!

The property was beautiful and well-stocked with everything one might need. From the kitchen with all the comforts of home, to the electric bikes, yard games and kayaks available for use. Everything was very clean and well-labeled. Sitting outside on the covered lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning, listening to the lake wake up, was one of my favorite parts of our stay. The owners are lovely and were always very responsive any time we had questions. Would definitely come back again!

We enjoyed our time in the Lake Norman area, and this home made it both comfortable and convenient. The home was exquisite! There were many unexpected touches for a rental home. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. We had plenty of room for our group, which consisted of four adults and two older children. We enjoyed having access to Lake Norman from the property. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and spending time outside. The home also comes with two electric bikes and several outdoor games like cornhole and the ladder toss game. The three bedrooms are all on the main floor, which was convenient, as well. The homeowners were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely consider this property if you are looking to stay in the area!

This home is a wonderful lake front retreat! Our family had so much fun kayaking and using the electric bikes! We relaxed on the back porch and used the fire pit as well!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home. The property owners were so pleasant and were so easy to reach if we had questions. Loved everything about this house!! To top our trip off my daughter was proposed to by my future son-in-law on the gorgeous back patio. We made wonderful memories here and we will definitely be back!!

So clean! Wonderful patio for relaxing with a nice view of the lake. A perfect and relaxing stay with no issues.

The hosts were awesome and the cottage was very cozy. We spent the majority of our time on the back porch, enjoying the lake view!

House is tucked away in a quiet part of the lake perfect for unplugging and spending quality time with friends or family. The house is new and in perfect condition with tons of amenities. The 2 provided e-bikes were a fantastic way to see the neighborhood.

Marcus and Jackie are super hosts and have the most beautiful, uniquely decorated, home to enjoy. Very clean and stocked with everything you could want or need. Beautiful lake view and quiet neighborhood.Due to the time of year visited and mother nature’s winter storm, we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but will be back to do so. We would like to do the optional sunset cruise too.Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Los Mesquites Mexican Grill has excellent food.Thank you Marcus and Jackie for the warm welcome. It was a pleasure to meet you.

We had a fantastic stay at Lake View Lodge! Marcus and Jackie were amazing hosts! The house was spotless and met all of our needs were met. We especially loved hanging out on the lanai. Marcus took our girl group on a sunset pontoon ride and we had a blast! Highly recommend this property! Would love to come back one day.

Property is stunning. Clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped ....no detail missed. Very convenient to food shopping and restaurants but quiet with tranquil view of Lake Norman. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Couldn’t be any better! Marcus and Jackie were great host! Kitchen was fully stocked. Very impressed with the layout of the house and location. Plenty of parking which was nice with hauling car trailers. Can’t wait to rent again next year.

Marcus & Jackie have created the perfect getaway at the lake. I went for my birthday with my sister and cousin. It has everything you need and the hosts are super helpful & friendly. I was a little anxious because self-checkin wasn't an option & I had to text to adjust my arrival time (that's a me problem nothing about the hosts), but it turned out to be great to meet the hosts, get a quick tour of the space & recommendations for local places to eat. I don't make the time to just relax often, but I actually did here with ease. I would definitely recommend & would absolutely book again. Thanks for making my birthday weekend exactly what I needed it to be!

First I want to say this was our first home rental of any kind let alone with VRBO. We were greeted by the hosts upon arrival, who were two of the nicest people we could have ever met. They showed us around their beautiful home and made us feel welcome right from the start. The home and property were beautiful and very welcoming and comfortable. They planned this home to be exactly that, a warm and inviting place to spend a time in. Sadly our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Helene knocking out the power but the hosts went out of their way to make things right for us. Simply put, we could not have asked for a better home to rent from any better hosts. Our first experience but it won't be our last. We are already planning to come back next year and get to utilize all the home and property has to offer. Thank you, Jackie and Marcus, for making us feel like we were at home!

Beautiful home on Lake Norman, convenient to food, grocery and BBQ! Owners were wonderful and stayed connected throughout the visit. Peaceful sitting out on porch for hours. Would go back anytime 1

Beautiful home, plenty of room, we had 5 adults in our group. If someone wanted to have some alone time to read there was a place. Very clean and well cared for by the owners who greet you when you arrive. It's in a great location, close to everything but feels like you're far away. Loved it. The beds were super comfy we all slept well. Just a note the bed in the master bedroom is higher than a normal bed so if you're short it may be a little bit of a climb, but the other two beds are normal height. The covered patio with tv is a great spot to relax there was always a nice breeze off the lake. We had a couple rainy days, so we didn't get to use of the kayaks, but we did go out on the dock to sit and take in the views. The homemade welcome cookies were delicious and much appreciated. Highly recommend this house.

My husband and I have rented numerous houses from VRBO and this was the BEST! The house was very clean and it had every amenity we needed. The owners were very friendly and a very quiet neighborhood. If we had a question, they were always available. We were there for our nieces wedding and so happy we chose this home. Our family will have many good memories staying there. Wonderful home. New, clean and great location. The house was very comfortable and the covered patio with tv was a great spot to watch the Olympics on a rainy day. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and dock. It was too hot to use the fire pit but it is a nice feature. Appreciated the flowers and cookies. So sweet. Definitely recommend this house.
