Located centrally in Matagorda, you are near the harbor and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. 1/2 Acre grass lot with plenty of room to run and play as well as park any size/multiple boats. House has central A/C, with ceiling fans in every room.
Full kitchen. Outside sitting area with large picnic table for eating situated under the elevated house. Two fire pits, smoker and gas grill. Pet Friendly. This is our vacation home that we share when we aren't able to enjoy it ourselv

Stayed Jun 1, 2024The inside of the house was great. Very roomy, everyone was very pleased. Outside was a little different, the gas grill was so rusted it was unusable. The regular grill had no lid, so hot dogs or sausages were the only option. Byt

Stayed May 25, 2024Theresa home was just perfect. Had everything we needed, kitchen had every appliance you need. The king size bed was super comfortable. Just a short drive to the beach, will definitely be back.
