Quiet house with pool on a Top golf course

We were traveling for a baseball tournament and the team had several houses in this community which was very convenient. The rental was clean and as described. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay,

Great place to stay! I will say if you are pulling a utility trailer make sure you arrive after 6am and not before as you will have to park it in the Walmart parking lot until then. Huge bonus, property is conveniently located next to Winn Dixie and Walmart, both of them are within walking distance from the entrance of the resort. Two negatives would be the dining room chairs are tore up and need replaced, the material is falling off of it so everytime you sit for dinner you have to sweep the pieces up afterward, would also of liked to have a few more towels as well. Other than those few things the place was amazing, clean and the convenience to the stores was so nice.

This house met our needs perfectly. As a family of six adults, a teenager, and an eleven year old, there was plenty of comfortable space. It was clean and pretty well stocked. The heated pool was fantastic! We would stay again.

The property was clean we had everything we needed. The pool was perfectly clear and warm. Very responsive property manager. Would definitely rent again. Only suggestion is a King size in the master.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Christmas holidays. The location was not only convenient to family we were visiting in the area, but also not a bad drive to Disney and Universal. Check in was a breeze and the only thing to watch for when entering the neighborhood is the traffic cutting across to Walmart. Neighborhood was quiet and did not appear to be overrun with short term rentals. We've had that problem before when staying at Champions Gate. Julian, our host, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. House was just as it showed in the listing pictures. We weren't able to try out the pool because of an unusual cold spell, but it looked inviting. We would have appreciated a few more kitchen/ baking items to be furnished. However with Dollar Tree and Walmart so close we quickly found solutions to help us prepare our holiday meal. We would recommend this home for any family looking to visit the area.

Pictures look good. Easy check-in. Clean house. Rooms had no curtains. Old mattress. It really needs new mattress. Beds were not comfortable in any room old squiky you can feel the metals springs. Sofas old and riped. No extra bed linens for sofa bed. Nice that it had enough towels. Masters room tv was not set up. Did not had antena. Carpets in rooms are beige so look dirty. Needs some wooden utensils for the nonstick pans. I feel we didnt really rested well in those olds beds.

The property was clean and comfortable. The area it was in was very pleasant and we had no problem accessing the site through the security. There also was easy access to a supermarket a 5 minute drive away. The only problem we had was hurricane Ian and lost power for 48 hours but the host rehomed us to another property which was very acceptable. we would like to thank Julian for his help during the holiday.

Nice house in a good location. Well equiped, Really enjoyed afternoon & evenings by the pool, and Sunday brunch at club house.
