Quiet house, private backyard with heated pool, 10 minutes to Harbor beach.

When we arrived, the lawn was not mowed. It was very high, like up to our knees. The pool was dirty and filled with debris. The 2nd bedroom is not connected to AC. It was in a room with the washer and dryer and had a fan in it. No bathroom had a vent while taking a shower so the fire alarms were set off when we opened the door from showering. The dishwasher was not working and not connected. PLUS THE CITY SHUT OFF THE WATER DURING OUR STAY BECAUSE THE HOME OWNER DID NOT PAY THE WATER BILL. We tried several times to connect to the home owner without any luck. Then we contacted VRBO and they tried to connect without any luck. Finally the home owner paid the bill and we had running water again. Not certain if this house should ever be listed on VRBO again. The pictures were not the same as what we saw when we arrived. The furniture was white, but was very dirty too. We had to contact the vrbo owner several times to get the code to get into the property. She responded we would receive it in the morning on the day of check in. We had to contact her at least 3 times on what the code was. Very worried when we landed at the airport and still did not receive the code. I would not recommend this property or owner as it made my stress levels elevated because of uncertainty with the vrbo owner. We were extremely worried on where we would go if we did not have running water. This has never happened to us when we have stayed at VRBO's in Florida.

Great place to stay with family, lots of open space very clean and quiet neighborhood

This property was in a perfect location. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Our family had a great stay. We were close to the beach, but Florida away from the hustle of town. The check-in process was easy. We had no issues with any thing.

This property was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was very secluded and nice to relax in. One suggestion I would have are some pool noodles to float on. I would definitely recommend staying here.

House was as pictured. pool and hot tub were great. Unfortunately there was a lack of towels only 4 and they were not in good condition at all. We also had only 2 facecloths. There was very limited soap (hand) and only 3 knives along with limited mugs (4). We had to purchase our own towels and facecloths and hand soap. I did contact host. She sent 2 towels and 2 bars of soap the following day. The air conditioner broke at 3 in morning and she sent a repair person next day when we were out. I was a bit uncomfortable with that as our valuables were there and house was unattended,however I understand she had new guests arriving the next day. Overall the house suited our needs with the purchase of additional items. I left the hand soap for the next person.

Nice house and pool. Yard needs work. Enjoyed our stay. Hoping to go back next year

We really enjoyed our month. Nadine was very easy to work with and contacted us frequently to see how things were going. The house had recently been remodeled on the inside and the heated pool was great!! The backyard could definitely use a little tender loving care but it didn't affect our stay.

The property would look much nicer with some landscape work. The beds were overgrown, and the shrubs and trees need pruning. The interior has been remodeled. and most of the appliances are new. The neighborhood is quiet except for some neighboring dogs that occasionally barked and howled. We walked the neighborhood and felt very safe. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Punta Gorda.

This rental was like the photos posted on VRBO. The interior was clean and provided the basic needs for my stay. The pool was well kept. The lawn and exterior could use some maintenance. The property own is very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. It was a great place to rest and relax.
