Accommodation located on Route des Cormorans, half countryside, half seaside, a sought-after location for fishing enthusiasts due to its proximity to the river. 2200 m from the town center and a swimming lake - 4100 m from the beach - Villa comprising a living/dining room with television and Wi-Fi, a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, microwave/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit, a separate WC, and a pleasant veranda. A detached garage with a washing machine is also available. A garden with a covered terrace, garden furniture, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, and a children's swing for a truly relaxing holiday. Parking is available in the garden. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us for details. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings.
