Stayed Mar 5, 2024We came to Cape Coral to say goodbye to one of our favorite family member. He’s on hospice. Location was easy to find. Only 4 miles from our family. We needed a shower seat for my elderly mother. It was waiting for us the day we arrived! Very good customer service! Will use this location again.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! There was some building noise each morning, but we understood as there is still a lot of rebuilding going on in the area after the hurricane 2 years ago. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to relax inside! The only drawbacks were the small bathroom which was not attached to the bedroom and no beach chairs to use at the beach. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was very clean and well kept. Our stay was very comfortable and extremely close to our family that we came to visit and meet our 6th granddaughter. I highly recommend this property!

Stayed Apr 1, 2022Place was very clean. It was just what we needed. A place to rest our head. Nothing fancy but modern. Nice furniture. Close to restaurants and stores. Owner was very nice. Would definitely consider it again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely, clean home in a quiet neighborhood and an attentive and responsive host. Nice privacy on the covered patio with birds and butterflies. Just wish the weather had been a bit warmer :)

Stayed Dec 19, 2021Sadly, one day before we were to arrive for our stay in Cape Coral, our reservation was canceled and no reason was given for this. Our fees were refunded and a voucher was provided but this caused a lot of stress for our family to find an alternative place to stay. This experience was quite disappointing. I wrote several times about the check in process and finally heard that our accommodations were not available.
