This house is so clean and very comfy to stay.

Location was perfect and really enjoyed the back yard and fire pit.

The house was really clean. Plenty of space to relax. Had everything we needed to cook and grill. The backyard is private and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed dinners under the pergola. Convenient to Zion. Dav’s is a full service grocery a mile from the house, so convenient for doing our own meals.

House was exactly as advertised and the perfect location for exploring Zion and Bryce. Worked great for our family of four adults.

One of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed in. Everything was high quality and didn't feel cheap like in most rentals.

The place was laid-back, flow thru living room kitchen area was perfect. Bedrooms were private. The kitchen was stocked well there was a beautiful view of the mountains. Start nights were beautiful.

Rental was clean, well maintained and completely furnished. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Zion National Park is just a 20-30 minute drive and Hurricane City is 2-3 miles away. Host was very responsive to all my communications. There is a nice patio area in the backyard. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay here! Property was beautiful and plenty large enough for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and staples (and has a gas stove), there was a large garage with basketball and ping pong (which the kids loved), and the firepit in the backyard was perfect to relax around after a day in Zion!

My husband and I stayed for two nights as we explored Zion and Bryce. The host was extremely good with communicating before , during and followed up after. The house was clean and beds/pillows were super comfy. It had all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful backyard that was private and had a fire pit and pergola to enjoy evening meals. Would 100% recommend!

The home was very comfortable for adults that needed three separate rooms. Kitchen was well appointed, check in process was easy, everything worked perfectly.

My son and I visited the area to play golf and visit Zion National Park. The property is conveniently located to both the park and St. George golf courses. Super clean, had everything we needed, and great communication with Tyler. Would definitely stay there again.

From booking to check out our stay was seamless. Super clean and comfortable. We were there for a hiking trip to Zion and surrounding areas. Tyler is the perfect host! He made it all so easy. His guide to the house and area attractions was thoughtful, organized and very helpful. He was a great host with quick responses to any questions we had. When returning to the area this will be our first place to check on. Highly recommend.

Tyler has this down to a science. The house was perfectly stocked with anything we could have needed, YouTube TV and games gave us plenty we could do if we came in early from hiking, and everything was super clean. The instructions for check in, everything in the house, and check out were spelled out in the guidebook he provided. There was even a small basket of treats waiting for us when we got in. We’re all planning to book here again soon.

The property was very clean, and very well equipped .. Very close to Zion .. grocery store within 5 minutes.. Tyler was very accessible .. even though there was no need to communicate.. everything was perfect in the home..

This getaway was the perfect accommodation on our Zion trip! With views from the driveway and an excellent backyard for entertaining, this place honestly was more than I could ask for. The place was very clean and the host was communicative throughout the whole process- even had an online guidebook for us to peruse before we got there! La Verkin is absolutely beautiful and I’d recommend to anyone that a stop for coffee is worth it on your way into the park. I can’t wait to stay here again! I’ll likely book for all my future Utah trips.

The property had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable, clean, lots of room and host was great with communication. Enjoyed the dining room table for playing games that were in the kitchen cabinets. Also enjoyed the patio and grill fora meal. Would recommend.

We had a great week staying at this location. The place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with access to all needed amenities.The kitchen was stocked with supplies but could have used a few more things. Beds were comfy. Wish the couches reclined after a long day of hiking! Overall great value

The house is as advertised and more. Location is everything and 30 minute proximity to Zion National Park and a supermarket less than a mile away. Construction is quality and air conditioning is so nice. We enjoyed two nights while we visited Zion National Park. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We will return in our next visit to Zion National Park.

Clean, well stocked house in a great neighborhood close to many national parks. During our stay we visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Parks. All of which were within a 2.5 hour radius! Nice fireplace in the backyard was perfect for making smores, and a ping-pong table in the garage was a pleasant surprise upon our arrival. Host responded quickly and informatively to any inquiries we presented. Would definitely book again if we find ourselves back in Southwest Utah!
