Stayed Feb 24, 2025This home is lovely and we enjoyed our stay greatly. Clean, spacious, quiet, and only a 5-minute walk into town. Great backyard too. It is someones actual home and not just a rental property, but if you're fine with family photos and some personal belongings, it's a great place to stay in Motueka.

Stayed Nov 17, 2024Great spot to relax after each day of golf. Living area great. Close to shops. Quiet area-enjoyed the school bells too! 4 ladies so wanted 4 separate beds. Altho 2 were in the sleepout this was fine. Nice sunny outdoor area too.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024This property far exceeded our expectations for our week-long stay. It is perfectly situated and extremely quiet. The gentle airflow through the property is fantastic and kept the place the perfect temperature for our stay. The kitchen is very well appointed and nicely laid out for cooking. The lounge furniture is very comfortable - it felt just like home. The outdoor space is fantastic with a nicely fenced yard, picnic table, shade umbrella, BBQ, and clothesline surrounded by fruit trees. It was a favorite spot in the morning sun. Adele was a pleasure to work with and was very kind and responsive. The best compliment a guest can give a vacation property is to say we weren't ready to leave and that was definitely the case with Adele's place in Motueka. Highly recommend.
