The house is enviably close to the banks of the Truckee River, Commons Beach, Tahoe State Recreation Area, and excellent dining and shopping. Spend your summer swimming, kayaking, and fishing, and the sparkling winter months skiing the world-class slopes of Homewood Mountain Resort and Squaw Valley.

Begin each morning with a hot cup of coffee and a seat outside on the deck, where you can ease into the day amid the soft sounds of the woods. The deck is also a great spot for afternoon card games, appetizers, and alfresco meals prepared on the gas grill.
