This i-s a really clean cozy little house and the beds are very comfortable. I will definitely rebook this house if we ever need to stay in Tallahassee again

Very well stocked for out of town guests with starter supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.

Excellent service recovery. Trouble with diluted hand soap at the kitchen sink (that squirted my pants) and expired Brita filter were promptly remedied by the host, who provided us with replacements within a couple of hours of my notification. As I told the host, I place a premium on such responsiveness.Kitchen was extremely well provisioned, beyond what I expected. A small smoothie blender was a particularly welcome item for me, and I appreciated that they have small countertop mixer, though I did not use it. Host is aware that kitchen counters were not properly cleaned before our visit, which is why I could only give a four-star rating for cleanliness. Listing is accurate and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the ambience. We particularly appreciated the host's zero-tolerance policy for smoking and toking--it's one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. We enjoyed reading about their rapid-eviction action plan for any intrepid guest who would dare violate their clearly stated prohibitions. One additional note about the duplex nature of this place might be helpful. This home appears to have been originally built as a single-family dwelling and then later split into a duplex. The back door for our side of the duplex opened onto a porch just a couple of feet from a bedroom window for the other half of the duplex (per explanatory signage near the back door). We were quiet with ingress and egress, but I still felt a little bit bad for the occupant of the other unit.

Our dogs are well behaved and non destructive so we felt the additional 110 dollars was a little excessive

What a clean, cozy retreat! My daughter and I were in Tallahassee for an FSU event, and this little gem was perfect for our two-night stay. It’s quiet, safe, close to everything, and has all little extras you need for “at-home” convenience. Communication from the host was welcoming, organized, and friendly. Definitely worth the stay!

The Cottage was warm (very cold in Tallahassee then!) and comfortable. The manager was attentive to any needs that we had and stayed in touch. It was so convenient to where we needed to be. We will definitely book here again!

This little duplex was the perfect place to spend the weekend in Tally. The property has everything you need and is the center of everything. It includes lots of little touches and extras that a lot of rentals miss. If you’re ever in Tallahassee and need a clean comfortable and a affordable home base, this is it!

I booked two nights at the cottage during the Florida Book Awards and Word of South festival. It was my first time in Tallahassee and overall I found the cottage clean, welcoming, quiet, and very comfortable. Loved the bidet! I originally booked because my children were coming with our dog, but in the end it was just me. But, if my kids had come, there was plenty of room for everyone. You can tell that the host has put a lot of time and attention into helping guests make the most of their stay, and that is something I appreciate very much. Definitely would book again next time I'm in town!

I rented this cottage for my maid of honor and her family for my wedding weekend. It was neat and clean, had the cutest kitchen and was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood close to our wedding venue, restaurants, and downtown. The proprietors were very communicative during the stay. Highly recommmend!

This beautiful little cottage was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed, and as a bonus our dog could come with us! The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking, and the location is excellent. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.
