Quiet Beachfront Location, Great separate living areas for families

Beautiful house with great separate areas for families! Location is central to many amenities and attractions! Host was great . Would highly recommend

We have had two separate vacations at this property and have enjoyed our stay both times. It is spacious with fantastic views of the ocean and convenient access to the beach. It is well equipped, clean, and comfortable.

Amazing property! It was beautiful and peaceful. Every bedroom had an ocean view. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation at the beach! The host was also fantastic, checking in to make sure everything was as expected. I would highly recommend!

This is such a wonderful home - each room has an ocean view with a door, the house is well kept, the kitchen is stocked with all items you’ll need, and property owner is very communicative and friendly. Thanks for another wonderful stay - this was our second year staying here!!

Lynn, our host, is always a bright spot in our stay. We love her house, and it was clean, well-equipped, and the views of the ocean, beach, sunrise, full moon, and so many dolphins were amazing. She checked in with us the first evening to be sure we had settled in. We had a wonderful time. We'll be back - same time next year!

Very beautiful views of the ocean.

Beach was awesome as was the property. We come yearly to celebreate our anniversary with our wedding party and this year we were lucky enough to participate in the seafood festival which was an added bonus. I can not say enough about the communication w the property owner. Lynn was incredibly punctual and accurate in all of our communications for which we are very grateful.

The best views of sunrises and sunsets anyone could ask for. House was super clean and had anything you could think of for a great weekend. The best thing this house is pet friendly so we had our complete family with us!

This was our best family beach vacation house ever! The house was fabulous, bright and airy, with a fantastic oceanfront view. We’ve never rented an oceanfront home before for our family vacation, and now we are spoiled. Each of the (5) bedrooms opened to the ocean, so everyone had quick, easy access to the beach. We never had to fight for beach space, as is sometimes the case; we had our own piece of beach heaven every day, right outside our door. The kitchen was as well stocked as my own kitchen at home, plenty of plates, cutlery, pots and pans. We made a call to the owner in the afternoon about something that needed to be fixed, and it was repaired immediately (the next morning) - great communication and follow up. Linens were included at no additional cost. The location is great, very close to the aquarium and Atlantic Beach. We would highly recommend this home and hope to stay there again in the future

Very relaxing stay! Lynn contacted me just a couple hours after arriving to make sure everything was ok. We cooked a lot. The supplies were great, everything was terrific!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The beach location was amazing as were the views from the main and upper level decks. The owner was extremely pleasant and easy to work with and very responsive when I had a quick question during our stay. I would definitely stay at this home again.

The location was wonderful being on the ocean front and the property being located in an area that is not crowded but still close to the grocery store, restaurants and gift shops. Being able to see the ocean from so many spots within the home was so peaceful! This peacefulness was much needed!

We stayed two weeks and it was great!

We were thrilled to have a trip to the beach planned, and unfortunately got sick last minute. The host was very gracious and helped us work things out so that we are still able to enjoy a get away later on. We have not been to the property yet but just working with the host was such a positive experience we are looking forward to staying there soon, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Lyn!

We were celebrating a graduation and a birthday and this house fit our needs perfectly. It is an ideal setup for a larger family as every bedroom has a deck that opens onto the ocean. Seating was plentiful for dining and hanging out and we especially enjoyed the pool table. Clean and well-maintained, it is actually better in person than the pictures.

Communicative and gracious host. Spacious living areas for our large family group. Generous amount of beach equipment for kids and adults. Beautiful calm stretch of beach (April). We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at your home. The home was very well maintained and the owner was easily accessible if needed. It was a short drive from both shopping and golf.

Everything was perfect

Everything was exactly what we wanted for a weekend with our adult children and their significant others. The house is spacious and has everything a family could need and is literally steps to the beach. Thank you for sharing your property with us this weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had lots of space and wonderful access to the beach. We were very comfortable. The only problem was that our stay was not long enough!

Great adult family location. All bedrooms have views of the ocean and sliders to the deck. Plenty of family room to spread out. Home is just as pictured. Lynn is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. Already talking about renting again. The home faces South so you get sunrises and sunsets!

Great place to stay.

We are making this an annual trip and will choose this house as long as it is available. It is perfect for us - five women who have known each other for many decades, and all love many of the same things: the ocean, walking on the beach, reconnecting with friends, talking about our children, our dogs, our grandchildren, reading good books, eating seafood, and nurturing our bodies, minds, and our souls. It is a beautiful home in a great part of Emerald Isle. We had a delightful time and are grateful to VRBO and our wonderful host!

Oh wow! What a wonderful property for our family! The home was well equipped to cook and enjoy anything you might imagine. Large size mixing bowls, extra cookie sheets, baking dishes, etc. For our non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner, we had everything we needed. The pool table was such a win and we spent many nights as a family around it. Lynn was incredibly easy to reach, proactive in her communication with us, and all-around set us up for a very memorable stay. The house is laid out well to accommodate space to gather as well as space to lounge separately. We took advantage of both decks and loved waking up to a view of the beach every morning. We’ve already booked another stay! Bonus points for being pet friendly.

Beautiful house for a family get together. Everything you need and more!

We were all in need of some stress relief and this was the best medicine we could have asked for. After the long drive in from Indiana we arrived after dark. Turned on the lights and the place was gorgeous, smelled good and clean. We were greeted by a couple of spiders who had found their way in and were up on the cathedral ceiling but my husband and a broom took quick care of those and we didn't see any more the rest of the trip. Lynn contacted us when we arrived and I just had one question and she answered it. The day after we arrived the area was hit with a tropical depression. The ocean was very angry, but it was beautiful. We spent most of our time on the decks or on the very comfortable sectional upstairs watching the action. We found everything we needed in town. Went out to eat a couple of times but the rest of the time was spent relaxing. Once the weather cleared we spent time on the beach, walking the dogs and just enjoying the beauty. Lynn was so kind she offered us another day since we had had bad weather, but unfortunately we had to get back. If not, we would have stayed, we loved it there. Thank you Lynn for letting us enjoy your beautiful and comfortable home. It was just what we needed.

My family, friends and dogs were welcomed to this oceanfront home. The house is huge, inviting, and comfortable. The house has spectacular views from all rooms. The owner was extremely generous with staples. It gets a 10/10 easily! We will absolutely love to go back next year

If memory serves me correctly, this was our fifth year staying at Wayne's World. Our family consists of 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. We love this place because it is nice, but very livable. Everyone has an oceanfront bedroom. Host is most accomodating. I feel as if we are friends after all of these years!

LOVED this property! So quiet and convenient, plenty of room for my adult kids to stretch out.
