Stayed May 7, 2026Thought it was a nice secluded studio. This was a pool house connected to someone's house who lives there. There is no privacy. The pool was nasty. We did not even stay here, we ended up having to rent a hotel room.

Stayed Jan 24, 2026I cant say enough about this rental or the owner. The room and accommodations are quaint and comfortable. I had everything I needed and the bed is absolutely awesome! It’s a quiet neighborhood and I had my own little place to enter and exit the premises. I would give this rental 10 stars if I could.

Stayed Dec 4, 2025The Host was excellent. Communications were outstanding! The property is very cozy, clean, and close to my favorite street, Youree Drive, without being directly on the street. Loved the BED!!! This was like an Efficiency Apartment. Peaceful. It is not in the main house, located behind the main house. I wished I could have gotten in the POOL!!! Not a polar bear. Spacious in the common area. The kitchenette was everything needed. Due to the size of the Bathroom, I would caution future Guests to consider that it is a little ‘close’ in there. Mobility navigation may be a little challenging. I met the challenges and won! (for example - I am under 5’5”, weighing in at over 170 but under 220). Would also caution wheelchair-bound persons unless you have help getting to and from the front door. But once inside, awesome stay!!! I slept and didn’t even think about LEAVING!!!
