Quiet and Cozy Cottage -10 minutes from the beach!

Everything was great ! Rested so well thought I was home thank you!

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utilities and cooking sets. They even have a air fryer and ice maker. All the kitchen appliances are top notch. Air conditioning was just right and they have wi-fi which is a big plus with my grandkids. Bathroom was stock and extremely clean!! The backyard have a gas grill upon other things.

Cute and cozy! Very clean and the host responded almost immediately. We were having trouble with the WiFi and she sent over the maintenance man late at night.

It was absolutely perfect! Clean, set up perfectly and so relaxing! This will be our permanent place for us when we go to Corpus Christi! Amazing host and lighting response time! I am hooked! A home away from home! 5 stars all the way! The cool air in the house was a great way to beat the Texas heat! We will be back!

This is the perfect spot for a beach get away. The neighborhood was quiet & everything we needed was right around the corner (heb/food options/etc)The house was very clean and homey. My family settled in quickly & felt very comfortable. We’re definitely gonna make this our spot for our yearly beach vacay !!

The house was nicely kept up and clean! Our pups loved the fenced in backyard. The neighborhood appeared a bit questionable, but it was quiet, without incident.

This was a very nice home. Quiet neighbors and location was perfect for us. Minutes from attractions and not for from water. The host provided plenty of towels and bedding. Would definitely recommend this host.

Very clean and more comfortable than we anticipated. We needed to be close to downtown for a race. The back patio is like a hidden gem. This was my first VRBO booking and I don't have the app. This may have contributed to some communication difficulties, including not getting the access code and having to contact VRBO when the property owner did not respond.
