Quiet 4 Bedroom home right outside of Greenville.

The home itself is beautiful! It's a short drive into Greenville proper, but has low traffic and is quiet overall. There was enough parking for 2 minivans and a ram truck. The beds varied in firmness from very very firm to somewhat soft. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen offered most of what we needed, with only a couple minor variations; the listing said there was a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot, but it only had a Keurig and we had come prepared for the latter. There were 7 of us staying in the home, 4 adults and 3 kids, but there were only 6 forks available. We had to go out and grab k cups and plastic cutlery, along with paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. So, a minor thing, but something to note if you're planning a stay here. The upstairs bedroom space is massive! The extra desk was a helpful workspace. We enjoyed time relaxing in the living room area, and the dining room was perfect for our family meals. It was a lovely Christmas week weather-wise; we loved having coffee out on the front porch chairs. The screened-in back porch offered a great space for the kids to do some crafting without getting rained on. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. Its vicinity to our NC family members and its comfort and spaciousness are definitely incentive to want to stay here on our next trip down!

Perfect location for family weekend at ECU…

The stay was great. The bed in the master suite was quite firm.

We all enjoyed the stay.

Had traveled over 10 hours from Ohio to see our daughter and grandkids with my wife and elderly mother. My other adult kids, both with dogs, suprised me by coming from Georgia and Ohio for a belated Father's Day get together, so we needed a pet friendly place. This is a great house with a spacious living area, lots of bedrooms, and an open kitchen and dining area. The only suggestions I would make would be having some end tables in the living room for drinks/phones/TV remote and a little more silverware for bigger families staying there. The location was also perfect. We would stay there again.

Stayed in the house with a group in town for a tennis tournament and the house worked out great. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Would stay again.

The house was perfect for our stay for graduation weekend! It was clean. It was just the right size. Perfect distance from the school. We were very very happy with the experience. The hosts were very good with communicating with us and I greatly appreciate timely communication. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

My friends & I rented this house for ECU alumni weekend and we were so lucky to have found it! The check in was easy, and the property management was very quick to respond to all of our messages. The house itself was spacious and clean and exactly what we needed, not to mention the perfect location. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

My family and close family friends stayed here to visit our kids at ECU. The house is in a great area, very spacious, and was super clean. Will definitely be booking again!

The house was incredible! Very clean, comfortable and well appointed for a rental home. We wanted to be just outside the city limits and this home delivered. But still just minutes to downtown Greenville. Pet friendly as well, but you would never know with the excellent condition of the house. Would definitely stay here again.
