QUIET 4 BDRM 2 BA FULLY EQUIPPED CONDO, 7 BLKS TO YELLOWSTONE PARK, HI-SPD WI-FI

Everything it was convenient for shopping ,park access,quiet and it had everything we needed, it was spacious and comfortable for everyone in my party. I would recommend staying here and will come back.

It is close to Yellowstone. It was smaller than I expected, but still comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were great. The basement was ok. The owners were great to work with.

Good location for skiing at the rendezvous trails. Kitchen well equipped. Good showers. Trying to watch the Olympics was difficult. Had to wash the sheets as we had several people very sensitive to the scented detergent or fabric softener.

Check in was easy. The location is great for access to the snowmobile trails. The place was clean and comfortable.

It was okay not fancy. It was pretty expensive for 2 people but would be great if you were splitting it with another family as it sleeps a lot of people.

This was a great stay. We had everything we needed. Rich was a great person to work with. The only problem we had was that the bedrooms were either upstairs or downstairs and one of my sisters has difficulty climbing stairs. But I consider that my fault for not asking. Overall I would absolutely stay there again!

This was wonderful in every way! Cost was great compared to lesser properties. It was clean and very well equipped with kitchen supplies including coffee. It was very quiet and very comfortable. Richard has done a wonderful job of maintaining the property and was 100% responsive to every question. He relied each time within minutes. I highly recommend Richard's place and will certainly try to rent from him again on my next visit to Yellowstone! Mike

Except for the issues in not getting hot/warm water occasionally in the bathroom downstairs, our stay at this condo was quite a pleasant experience.

Easy check in, kitchen was well stocked. TONS of linens and extra pillows. Great place to spread out after a long day in the park.

House was clean but so very worn out… threadbare/dirty looking carpet, cheap EVERYTHING. Musty downstairs. Very old and worn out. However, perfect location to get in and out of park. Given the limited options in the area, we would probably stay again, but just be prepared that it may be much worse than your typical VRBO experience.

This property is exhausted. Hardboard paneling and carpet in basement bedrooms has to be 30+ years old. Walls and carpet throughout needs to be repainted and replaced. Kitchen well supplied. Outdoors seating and grill were great. Great

My standards are a bit high and must have not been myself the day I booked this unit. Everything was a bit dated and dingy. However, it is located in a very quiet part of town and a kitchen with plenty of cookware. I feel many people coming to West Yellowstone may be okay with this property though.

The house had everything we needed, and the information provided to us was accurate and very helpful. Everything worked very well. The only thing that could improve our stay would be better curtains in the rooms and better quality sheets and comforters. With that, I think the house would be perfect. Everything else was very good. Thank you

Basement beds were small for adults and lack of a main floor bathroom was not the best for the older adults. Other than that it was ok

We had a wonderful stay, the property owner had great communication when i could not find the access code. We only ran into one issue which was that we could not turn on the upstairs bathroom shower. There were plenty of beds and we loved all the informative booklets. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the parking was easily accessible. Thank you Martin Mattison for the great stay! I would book again.

This is a great location to the west entrance. We had seven in our group and really just used the condo to sleep. It served us well for this purpose

Our family of 7 were happy to have a place in West Yellowstone. The kids were down stairs and there was room for more. I was surprised that it was three floors, so a lot of steps. Good location near to everything.

Nothing fancy, but very well stocked. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook quick evening meals. Overall an outstanding experience.

Amazing place to stay, close to west Yellowstone entrance. A block away from the town of west Yellowstone. Don't miss that part, it's worth a day.

Listing was as expected and had everything we needed. Lots of spices and pots/pans as well as BBQ with any utensils we needed. Overall good stay. I did have to email the owner to let him know that there was black mold in the downstairs bathroom. I am pregnant and have young kids so that was worrisome. The owner said they were unaware and would get it resolved but not during our stay. So we ended up staying out of there for the most part.

This was a great spot to land and sleep for visiting the park each day. Owner was very responsive to questions and concerns.
