Stayed Jul 1, 2018We spent 3 months during the summer of 2018 renting this lovely home while our home was being renovated. The home had everything we needed and was in a quiet, but fun part of town. It was just far enough away from our own home that we got to explore another side of Berkeley and we enjoyed being close to the Cal campus. There are great restaurants and shops within close walking distance and you'll be sure to get a little cardio exercise while walking around the hills. Kaethe and Hilary were welcoming and responsive to all of our needs and just all around great hosts. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had been there for 3 months and enjoyed it. Optimal location walking distance to parks, small shops, restaurants and campus. BART round the corner. Plenty of room for a small family. Beautiful small front terrace and small backyard with flowers and trees. Landlord is very helpful in every aspect and it's obvious that they love their place. The house is very well equipped - everything you need for a normal life. What to say more, go for it when it's free!
