Stayed Aug 30, 2024Honestly had a great experience. The place looked very nice from the photos and was just as nice in person. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Gainesville.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025We had a nice quick stay while moving our daughter in to UF! The space was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was simple and the host was very responsive!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Came to celebrate my 20th birthday and let me just say that I am BEYOND AMAZED!!! I loved the decor and everything was very conveniently within reach and no issues at all! Neighborhood is safe and you are literally in the center of everything!! Restaurants, shopping, etc!

Stayed Dec 12, 2024We rented this property to attend my daughter's graduation from UF. The property is very conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with. The community is very quiet and all the neighbors very friendly. We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024This has been a wonderful place to stay, perfect place for my husband and I and are two little dogs. The host is super nice and friendly, we will definitely stay here again if we are able!
