This recently remodeled townhome is cozy and packs a big punch with great design and flow. Upon arriving, you walk right into an open-concept space designed for entertaining and mingling. The light-filled living area has an oversize sofa and a large Smart TV with YouTubeTV subscription (cable streaming). The sliding glass door off the dining area lead out to the private patio with multiple lounge seating options and a table for 4 for dining al fresco. There is fast wi-fi throughout the home, a brand-new private in-unit washer/dryer, as well as 2 covered parking spots.

BEAUTIFUL STOCKED KITCHEN
The HGTV-inspired kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home for prepping savory meals and insta-worthy cocktails. Trendy gray shaker cabinets, durable Quartz countertops, professional series stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and fridge with ice-maker & trendy subway tile backsplash. Everything is provided from silverware to cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, standard drip coffee maker & filters, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and more.

COMMUNITY FEATURES
The quiet, intimate community features a community swimming pool (pool is sunny but not heated)! The community is dog-friendly so bring your furry kids with you on vacation! (Some restrictions & fees apply. Additional fees may incur at checkout if there is excessive pet hair, damage to the property, or not cleaning up after your pet.)

THE GOODS
This home is fully furnished (including bed linens and towels for each guest) and is stocked with a starter pack of home essentials to get you going for the first few days of your trip. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods and groceries to last for the duration of your stay. There are 3 grocery stores w/in 1 mile.

MONTHLY CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS OVER 28 DAYS
Please note for guests staying over 28 days, we require 1x/month cleanings to maintain the quality of our home. Cleanings are $160/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.

DOG-FRIENDLY
We allow one dog, under 50lbs. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee. Additional fees may incur based on dog breed or for longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, and are expected to be crated when you are not in the home. If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information. * SORRY - NO CATS! *

There are two assigned COVERED parking spots with direct rear access into the unit.

SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices include a Smart Thermostat (adjustable in range of 70-80 degrees), Ring Video Doorbell (front exterior), Ring Security Camera (rear exterior) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will receive their welcome message and code for the keypad a day prior to arrival. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door. Check-in is after 4:00pm.

EXCESSIVE ENERGY USAGE POLICY
This property is intended for standard residential use only. Activities that result in excessive or abnormal utility consumption are not permitted, including but not limited to:
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Data or server hosting
- Running commercial-grade equipment
- Any activity designed to generate income or requiring unusually high electrical load
Utility usage is actively monitored. If a guest’s usage significantly exceeds normal household consumption levels, the guest agrees to be financially responsible for excess utility charges. Excess usage will be calculated based on the property’s historical average utility consumption for the same time period over the prior 12 months, adjusted for seasonality and occupancy. Charges will be billed to the guest after checkout and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL OCCUPANCY CODE
Per the City of Scottsdale: “All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.”

    Clean, well appointed two bedroom in a great area. Great place for a father son golf weekend. Jennie was great insuring we cot lock box info and checked if we needed anything when we arrived. We did not everything was perfect.

    Excellent accommodation! The host is very thoughtful of your needs. I mentioned that we were elderly and use a walker, so she provided handicapped assistance in the bathroom.I would recommend this darling Casita for anyone. I definitely would book the same one again.

    We were in Scottsdale for baseball spring training and found this nice quiet condo just east of Old Town. The place had great convenient covered parking. Easy access to the condo for loading/unloading. Great patio for relaxing and socializing with a nice BBQ. Inside the condo the kitchen is fully equipped for making great meals. The two bedrooms were very nice and quiet (no street noise). Only one bathroom, but we made it work with another couple. The condo had a nice quiet washer/dryer for convenience. Highly recommend this place!

    I had difficulty with key and lock on the back slider door. It is very hard to open and most times it wouldn't open at all. The actual lock was moving in and out as if someone tried to take it off and couldn't. I suggest a new lock for the door. A stick to keep the patio door from opening/sliding would have been helpful. I would have been more comfortable sitting in the dining area at night if the patio and kitchen window had blinds or shades for privacy. Not an item for me during daylight hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent it again. I loved being there to celebrate my birthday!!!
