Stayed Mar 9, 2026Large, well-appointed house that is great for large groups. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - great space for relazing. We used the kitchen and grill to prepare meals, and found enough kitchen supplies in the house. It is very clean and has so many beds! The host was easy to communicate with.The location allowed us to visit Anzo Borrego State Park, Palm Springs, and Joshua Tree NP as day trips, which we enjoyed.The photos give the impression the house is in the desert, but really, it's a suburban sprawl development with very close proximity to the neighbors. This might be ideal for many groups - nearby shops and restaurants! For me, the proximity to a busy road - which you could hear from inside the house with the windows closed - was not the vibe I was expecting.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025This is the 5th year of our annual family reunion and we have been looking for a house we all wanted to come back to and Queen of the Desert checked all the boxes We usually have 14 people and 3 dogs and this house was perfect for us. Everyone liked the large bedrooms and comfy beds. The platform pool and jacuzzi were also a hit. We used all the seating areas and found them comfortable. But it is the little things that made the difference. The kitchen is well stocked of pots, pans , cups, dishes and utensils. They also supplied enough paper towels, dish and laundry pods as well as two washers and two dryers. We cook a lot so It is nice to come to a place and not have to bring everything we need to cook.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024My family booked this property for New Years Eve and we loved the home. It was spacious and there was so much to entertain the kids! The pictures don't do this one justice. Mikkel and team were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended home and host.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our weekend stay at this home. The home was very clean, comfortable, and the hosts were quick to respond to any of our questions. The kitchen and home were generously stocked and had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back at some point!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and comfortable home. There was plenty of room for our group of 16, and so much for our everyone to do. The backyard was private and the pool was amazing!
