~QUEEN CONCH ~ Amazing location with pool and room for family and friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have many local family members and used this rental for four couples to stay five nights, including a family dinner. There is no shared half bathroom on the main floor, so it is necessary that the two downstairs bedrooms allow regular use of their bathrooms. The stairway to the upper one-bedroom units is not convenient to the main level. It requires users to go out the back steps, around the landscaping to the back stairway. That means a lot of privacy, or isolation, and that was often a plus and sometimes a minus for our family interactions. The pool is great. It was shaded or sunny throughout the day, allowing both preferences to be met. The cleaning was very very good but not perfect, some hair was found in bathroom on arrival. It is VERY well equipped in the kitchens with more cooking implements than most units we've stayed in over the last ten years. Nice quality cookware. Plenty of silverware and glassware. Lovely decor, except for the tacky cocktail photos over the toilets. Who needs to see a giant alcoholic beverage with a cigar on it? Just gross. But that's so unimportant, really. The common area outside allowed us lots of ways to be together. The downstairs bedrooms picked up ALL of the living room and kitchen conversations. Thankfully there was a lantern to use for having board games outside after the front bedrooms retired for the night. Inside was just too loud for our early sleepers. Put the social birds downstairs I'd say where they share noise and bathrooms. That was very hard on our elderly family who needed to avoid those stairs to the upper levels.

Perfect property for multigenerational family stay. Room enough to all be together in the main house, but separate areas for sleeping and quiet time. Backyard oasis was perfectly private and so relaxing. Great communication from the property manager. Great location, able to walk to most anywhere.

The kitchens were fully equipped, making it a joy to cook meals together.The location couldn't have been better. We were close to everything—shops, restaurants, and local attractions were all just a short walk away. It made exploring the area so convenient. One of our favorite features was the outdoor space. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and evening swims in the backyard. The kids had a blast playing games outside while we relaxed and took in the serene surroundings.Overall, this rental was perfect for creating cherished family memories. We can't wait to return!
