Stayed Jun 17, 2025The property is very easy to get to and the check in was very easy. There were plenty of utensils and pans in the kitchen for us to cook with. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but for the overall area it isn’t that bad. House has been updated and is very nicely setup.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Generally, the facility was good. A little worn, in need of some further upgrades. Location was chosen for proximity to many areas. Neighborhood ok but not optimum.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025We had a ladies weekend to visit my granddaughter at GCU. The location of the house was very close to the University and everything we needed. We really enjoyed out stay and the house was perfect for us. We would definitely rent this property again. The host was very prompt to respond to my questions and requests.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024This was the perfect place for my daughter, her friend, and I to come back and rest for the night after shopping and setting up my daughter's new apartment. The house was centrally located between her apartment and all the shopping we did. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Did have one minor issue my last night, but was able to get it resolved in a very short amount of time. Great response and respond time from owner.

Stayed Nov 2, 2023We took a chance on this property as there were no reviews and it was a perfect stay!! Pro: - Beautifully decorated with updated appliances & fixtures throughout. - Comfortable beds - Getting to the backyard and laundry room was through a hidden door and we loved that feature! - Backyard was a little dusty (it's Phoenix) but it's large, well landscaped with a grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating. - Good central location close to freeways Con: The hot water temp was a little cold for our liking. Perfect stay on our trip. Thank you!!
