Stayed May 30, 2025Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as Dollywood was the main reason of the visit and we got there in less than 5 minutes. There are three other units attached to the building but each have their own easy entrance and seems pretty quiet. I believe the other units were empty during our trip. There was a gas station and a couple food spots close by for easy food or drink needs. There are a total of three bedrooms. The first bedroom near the main front door is the ADA room with a full ADA shower and bathroom attached. The living room is comfy with spots to easily hold 4 people. The kitchen had everything you needed with a large table. The second bedroom was a regular room with a TV and dresser. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a TV. There is a shared bathroom between the second and third bedroom that has a walk in shower with seating. The owner was very informative and extremely easy to contact. We had messaged that we were getting into town early and inquired about early check in and was told it would be no problem and we were able to get in early. There were storms as we were checking in so wasn’t able to get photos but the photos in the description are 100% accurate and the unit is definitely newer. As I have an handicapped brother the ADA friendliness of this home was perfect and if we find ourselves in the area again will be using this again.
