Quaint home centrally located in Idaho Falls

Cozy space, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable furniture. The heater did not come on at first, but the owner was responsive and we got it figured out together! Otherwise completely smooth process. Would definitely recommend!

The house is quaint and in a good location and neighborhood. I had to call the property manager to get check in details, but he answered right away and we had no issues getting checked in after that. Right away, I noticed that the floors had not been vacuumed and there was a lot of hair on all the rugs. The surface areas seemed clean, but anything not visible, such as kitchen drawers, cabinets, and closets, was not. The extra comforter was on a closet floor and also covered in hair. The listing says up to 7 guests, but it's not really set up for that many. There is plenty of space, but beyond that, it's not stocked for a larger family...only 4 glasses, limited kitchen utensils and cooking supplies, as well as bed space for only 5. We tried to make coffee in the morning, but couldn't find filters for the coffee maker. Overall, I think this could be a great property if more attention was paid to details, cleanliness, and proper stocking.

Met our needs. The location is great, nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors next door and behind. Walked every morning in the neighborhood. Convenient to all of Idaho Falls. From Texas, we don’t have basements, this had a nice basement and was very cool. Under stocked in the kitchen utensil department. Definitely recommend, host was good and responsive. My boyfriend and I had a wedding to go to in Idaho Falls and booked this home for 4 nights. The home was beautiful with a big backyard for us to relax in. The host was very kind and communicative whenever we had any questions!! Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the downtown Idaho Falls area.

My husband, cousin and his spouse all stayed here for three nights. Communication prior to check in was great as was communication when we checked in. The place is as advertised. Cute, clean and good location. The downstairs bedroom contains a twin bed and the other downstairs bedroom has a trundle bed. It is cooler downstairs but there is no air movement and with the summer heat it was a bit difficult to sleep. The upstairs bedroom has a portable AC unit as does the living room. The AC worked fine for the main bedroom but not as much the one in the living room. It was really hot during our stay though. High 90’s and 100 degrees. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The owner came over during the stay to work in the yard and on the sprinkler system. He was very nice. He said he was replacing the TV. We never turned it on so it didn’t impact us. This was a family reunion with others in town so we didn’t spend much time in the house but it met our needs perfectly. We did complete one of the puzzles. Spoiler alert, one piece missing lol. We would 100% stay here again.

House is very cute with great architectural details on the main floor and outside. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the A/C. The carport is difficult to get into and out of, so we parked on the street in front after the first night. One of the lower level bedrooms has some work needed on the walls (opening covered by a piece of wood and an end table). We thought the location would be more walkable to the city center, but driving was not difficult. Overall, the house was clean and a good value.

We enjoyed our stay in Idaho Falls. Our host was very responsive, the house was very clean and comfortable and it was an easy walk to the Falls.

We did not understand there was a basement with two levels of stairs and no handrails! We are both in our 80’s and without handrails could not use the basement. We took turns sleeping on the couch which we sat low on and hard to get up from. The property was very difficult for my brother and myself.

This was our first time using a VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised.

A cute house in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Centrally located, easy to get around town from the house location. The house is much larger than it seems with lots of room for a gathering. We had a great time.
