Stayed Jul 17, 2025Quaint farmhouse it is. It is in a beautiful area and very close to the Zugspitz. There is a great restaurant right across the street that we ate at the day of arrival. All of the rooms are upstairs and the floors are very old, so they creak. A lot. The bathroom is all the way at the back of the house downstairs. I wouldn’t recommend this place for people with young children or older folks that can’t maneuver stairs. We had to make sure to not stub our toes on the threshold to one of the main bedrooms, as it had an almost 1inch rise going out of the room. It was advertised with a dryer. It did not, unless you consider a drying rack a dryer. We tried to dry our clothes, but the downstairs area was very humid our towels didn’t even dry. It had all of the amenities you would need and there is a grocery on the way. The host, Olivia lives right across the way, so she was available if we needed anything. And she was very nice!

Stayed Aug 7, 2022The property is lived in the outskirts of the town of the small town of Biberwier. Lots of great alpine views and convenient to lifts, hiking and biking trails. The property is part of a rustic working farm. Kids loved swing the cats and chickens every day. The house is traditional and rustic. The three bedrooms upstairs all have several beds and are interconnected. Kitchen is large, well stocked and has a large eating area and dishwasher. Bathroom is a good size and has a washing Machine. The sitting room is dry traditional with hand made wood paneling and a large terra cotta stove. Ideal location to crash after a long day outdoors.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great stay here! It was plenty of room for our family of 5 and our dog and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Biberwier.
