Quaint downtown 1920's bungalow in the Historic Old North End neighborhood

We rented the bungalow for a long weekend with friends. Two couples stayed in the home. It is a beautiful property with many thoughtful and charming extra touches. The home was comfortable. It was quiet but close to downtown and all of the fun restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy and the owner is very communitive.

We loved this bungalow, which is in the beautiful Old North End neighborhood of Colorado Springs. We enjoyed its proximity to Colorado College and the city’s vibrant downtown. We also were impressed by how thoughtfully this small house was decorated. (And I loved the hot tub!) Absolutely a beautiful place to spend a long weekend in the Pikes Peak region.

It was great home base! We really enjoyed the home. It was clean and had everything we needed. We have two girls 9 and 16 years old and it was perfect home to keep them busy. It was also close enough to all the activities we wanted to do.

This is an absolutely beautiful property, inside and out. If anything, the listing undersells it. It also has everything you could wish for as far as cooking, grilling, etc. We would come back for sure!

The house was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts went over and above to keep us updated on every detail. I hope to stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

This bungalow is adorable! So cozy and provides everything you need. We loved the multiple sitting areas and thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with its fire pit and hot tub. The location is great, there is a walking path that took us right to a cute coffee shop. in under 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Most helpful, engaged, and polite host I’ve ever dealt with! The house worked great for us! It’s so close to so many things downtown, literally a 5min drive, or a 15min walk.

Great location, great house, very comfortable. Loved walking around the neighborhood, especially with all of the charming houses and Halloween decorations! This is our second time at this house - we’ve loved it both times! Wish it was available every time we come to the Springs.Families of USAFA cadets - very easy to get to USAFA from there. Highly recommend!

This is a great house is a quaint neighborhood. The 1/2 bath and downstairs man caves were great features to have in this home.

Excellent place to visit the springs in a great neighborhood. The house is perfect with the right amount of updates, but keeping the historical feel. The hot tub and backyard were also a plus. We would definitely stay again

We had a great stay! A charming place to relax at the end of the day - beautifully decorated - and we really enjoyed the hot tub. A quiet location, but only a few minutes drive to get groceries or go out to eat.
