Quaint Cottage in the Heart of the Park Cities

Adorable, quaint, and charming! Had everything & more that we needed and such an awesome location. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Will need to find a reason to stay here again!

The cottage was ideal for our stay. Very nicely appointed and decorated. We were there for Christmas and Mark, the host, decorated the living room with beautiful Christmas decorations. Mark was very attentive and respectful. The location is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

We had a perfect stay! The home was comfortable, warm, clean and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. The neighborhood was lovely and safe, perfect for walks and access to shops and restaurants. It was an ideal spot for our Thanksgiving getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed here while our home was under renovation, and it was the perfect place to come home to while our own house was in chaos. The owners were so kind and communicative. The home is quiet, calm, and beautifully decorated. It is also walking distance to many great restaurants, etc near SMU.

I stayed in the house for two weeks while visiting family in the area. The location can't be beat! Loved walking around the neighborhood, to coffee shops, and restaurants. The house is very well maintained. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was in great shape, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like shampoo in the showers and baggies available in the kitchen. One of our guests commented on how fun it was to view the various antiques used to decorate the cottage. Our stay at the cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. A super VRBO experience!

It was an experience that is difficult to summarize. As soon as we walked inside the house we felt at home. It is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. It just felt good. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at the quaint cottage. It was adorable, comfortable, and clean. It was also well supplied in terms of kitchen items, clean and nice towels, washer/dryer, etc. The owners were very nice and extremely responsive to my questions. My friends and I had a wonderful time. We will certainly stay again and recommend to other friends.

Terrific stay in Dallas in this lovely home! Comfortable, beautifully decorated, superb location for our wedding activities and nice cold AC for HOT weather! Could not be more pleased with this accommodation!

My only hesitation in gushing about this place is my fear that it will be forever booked should we want to rent it again! The property feels like a home: lovely furniture, shelves full of books, and thoughtful touches throughout. Very clean! The location couldn't be better. To the west there are the gorgeous properties of University Park, with lakes and neighborhood parks. To the east you have SMU and Snider Plaza, with plenty of cafes and shops. When we had trouble navigating the cable, the owners were available to help and were a delight to meet as well. We would definitely stay here again!
