Quaint cottage by the Lake

No water access and very limited dining

Loved the clear communications and options. Great location and probably the best price you can find near Dale Hollow lake! Will definitely consider this place in the future and recommend to fellow Dale Hollow Lake lovers.

Great location, clean, we really enjoyed our trip.

Amazing place to get away from reality. We took a family vacation and when we got here all stress left the moment we saw the cottage. We look forward to saying here again and again.

The hosts were fantastic at communicating with anything I asked. Absolutely no issues first entering and zero issues for my stay. AC / heat worked fine with all amenities you needed in the kitchen if needed. Although all I really needed was the refrigerator and mostly the Keurig as all I did was fish. Honestly you couldn't ask for anything else as this place fit my stay perfectly.

Everything was great, communication was outstanding! Cabin was very nice and clean. AC worked great! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to another visit in the future.

Host was very accommodating and very accessible to get in touch with. We enjoyed our stay and plan to try and rent the same house in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this little cottage. The host was very communicative and generous. It was very close to the Pleasant Grove Recreation Area. We spent one day hiking, exploring, and swimming. We spent one day in the cottage playing board games and watching movies. It was the perfect place to bring our kids. We loved all the fish decor and comfy beds. There was plenty of seating outside on the porch for sitting with a cup of coffee and a book. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were so many pillows and blankets. It was the coziest little house! We hope to come back in the near future!

Kevin was great to work with. The home and accommodations were exactly as described. When we return to the area we will definitely consider this home for our accommodations.

This house is great for a fishing trip! Older home but clean. I would recommend bringing whatever you like to cook in as there were very few pots and pans in the kitchen. Super close to marinas, dollar store, grocery store, and the best pizza from Dale Hollow Pizza! The owner was very friendly and super accommodating. Thank you so much!

Communication was excellent with the hosts and they were willing to accomidate our families needs. The house was as advertised and very clean. The location is in such a beautiful area, so close to swinging bridge and swim area. I would definitely choose to stay at any of this hosts properties in the future.

It was a very clean comfortable space that was worth the money and could sleep a lot of people if needed.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of towels, nice and clean, has everything you need, and nicely decorated. The sun shines in around 5:30

House was very clean with everything we needed. Only stayed one night to attend a family reunion, but looked like area had several good water access spots to the lake.

Cute little cottage perfect for a family vacation.

Perfectly located between two marinas and the swinging bridge. Accommodated our large group without difficulty. We all agree we would stay here again.

Wonderful getaway to Dale Hollow Lake, cute place with great access to Cedar Hill Marina, and Pleasant Grove area. Communication with the host was excellent! Very helpful with accomodating our boat and information for area Marinas and boat ramps. Will absolutely Book again!

It was fine. It’s an old home but everything worked, beds were comfortable, nice to have great air conditioning!

Perfect cabin for 6 guys visiting for a lake and golf trip. Will be back!

Great house A little close to the road while sleeping

Me and 3 friends took a fishing trip and stayed for 3 nights. it was a perfect location and a very nice place! beds were comfortable, property manager was flexible to change our dates when we got rained out. 5 out of 5

Came to do some fishing and the location was perfect. Right down the road from boat ramp. House was clean and very cozy. Very cool cabin setting inside as well. Will be coming back

My husband and I had a great time during our long weekend. The cottege was exactly as the pictures showed-very clean and comfortable. Kevin (host) was great - we'll definitely be back.

The cabin has plenty of space and was very clean. Lots of things you need for the kitchen were available. I loved all the pillows on the beds. The property manager was super nice, allowed a late check out, and was very easy to contact. This is my second time staying here and I'm sure we will be back

The house was close to the road, but had plenty of parking room and a nice deck, but several nails need to be fixed. Cozy place that had everything you needed. It's in the woods, and we saw 1 mouse, but you're in nature, still a clean place.

We had a wonderful stay…Enjoyed family and friends…Peace and quiet…

Quiet, comfortable & close to the boat ramp!! What else could you ask for. We had 3 teenagers & 2 adults and it was plenty of room.
