Quaint & Comfy in Pella

We found the property to be perfect for our long weekend away. Pella is a friendly community. Our hosts were very welcoming and gifted us with local bakery items that made us feel special. We spent much time in the downtown area and if it were a little warmer we would have walked to the downtown.

The pictures don’t do this house justice! This house was a super awesome place and I would definitely stay here again!

Deb, was amazing. She thought of everything from the games, to the fully stocked kitchen and sweets as well as a wonderful coffee and cocoa bar. Our group felt like we were at home.

Clean and cozy. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Good communication. Yummy treats. Kept snow cleared for us.

The host thought of everything. We were greeted with fresh donuts and coffee. The home was immaculate and inviting. Wonderful soaps in the bathrooms. The host, Deb, was so kind when we ill family. We have family in Pella and will definitely be back.

The house was quant and a perfect environment for my family. The host was very nice, communicated clearly about check in/out and accommodated all our needs! The next time I am in Pella, I will definitely be looking to stay at this rental again.

I was in town for a class at the local college and the location was ideal for easy access to where I needed to be everyday. I was so thankful for the thoughtfulness given to me by Deb she made sure I was comfortable and easy to talk with. It was the perfect home away from home.

This was a perfect home base for our family gathering. The toys for children were perfect. The location and access were great. The fresh bakery items were enjoyed. The 2 step entrance by the kitchen was an unexpected bonus.

Everything was lovely. The owners were so helpful suggesting restaurants and answering questions. My son and I went for a walk in the area and it’s a beautiful town. Great place to stay!!

My sister, our kiddos and I stayed here during Tulip Time. It was great that we could walk to all the festivities and didn't have to drive and deal with parking. The house definitely exceeded our expectations. It had just about anything you could need, by far, more than any other vacation rental I have stayed at. It was also very comfortable. Deb was a perfect host and the baked welcome goodies she provided were a very special treat. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this cute and cozy Pella home. Perfect for a peaceful sister’s getaway. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Deb and Don are so generous and helpful, and we especially loved the box of pastries that Don dropped off in the morning. We were so fortunate to have nice weather and spent much of our time shopping in the cute little shops and admiring the beautiful tulips I would highly recommend Liberty Street Kitchen for a delicious meal (ask for Noah ) We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pella

Enjoyed our stay and especially the pastries

Coming to Pella for a wedding, we didn’t want a hotel room where we would be stuck in one room. This little gem of Deb and Don’s was just the thing. It is so nicely furnished and decorated and they have thought of every possible detail to make our stay comfortable! First of all, it smelled clean, because it was clean (not with chemical smells or fragrance). The beds were comfy and there were pillow options and extra blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed and they even stocked it with water (along with an abundance of condiments and cooking and baking supplies). Deb was attentive to every text and very clear about checking in and out. The location was so convenient to everything in Pella! It was also very quiet. We both slept very comfortably. I saw by the calendar that it is quite booked up throughout the coming months. I am so glad I was able to book it well in advance! Thanks to Deb and Don for doing such a nice job of renovating this tri-level and opening it to strangers to enjoy the little gem of a city, Pella.

Debra was so easy and wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Sweet, but too short. Very comfortable and just the right size for 3 sisters to have their own space! The amenities were well thought out and the bakery pastries were delicious!

Had a fabulous reunion of cousins, everyone loves to come to this home and planning 2 more get togethers in the next 6 months. Deb and Don are wonderful to work with making us all feel at home so we can relax and enjoy family time

Such a homey feel it was sad to leave but planning for our next trip and will absolutely stay at this house many times in the future. From the family gathering time to our kicking back to relax this house was perfect. All the personal touches and the Jaarsma bakery box truly felt like coming home.

We had an excellent time in Pella (first time here) and Deb's home was wonderful! Everything was as described and it was extremely clean and comfortable. Deb and her husband couldn't have been nicer or more thoughtful (including delicious treats upon arrival)! Highly recommend!

Extremely clean and orderly. It was perfect for our party of 4. Absolutely will stay again. The owner was very responsive to any questions i had.
