Quaint Chatham home w/beautiful backyard & furnished multi-level deck, dogs OK

The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking.

We absolutely loved this house, very comfortable, well decorated and welcoming atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. We will be back!

This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham

Lucky Number Seven is a very nice place to stay and is convenient to all the restaurants and shops in nearby Chatham as well as quick access to main roads to go up or down the Cape. There was just the two of us, so we just used the king bedroom for sleeping and the double bedroom for our luggage. There is also a nice shed in the back that we used to store our eBikes so we didn't have to keep them on the car and protect them from the rain. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Cape.

As the title states, we didn't realize that we were not going to be able to visit any beaches or do any harbor tours.The house was lovely, with it's wide plank wood floors. The floral bouquet left for us was lovely and appreciated. There was a notebook that was prepared for the rental, however, we didn't see it until the day we left. On that note I left some Cape Cod brochures and a magazine on the glass coffee table for the next guests. We also loved the area and the few people that we met.The front door granit slab is too high without a handrail.It cauused me to fall and break my thumb. Along with that, there isn't a handrail on the back deck. The back door patio screen is torn from top to bottom. The window in the bathroom was open when we arrived and we realized that the crank is broken and we had to push it shut from the outside.

We had a great time on the Cape and lucked out with beautiful weather too! We loved this house and were so grateful to be able to bring our dogs! Thank you

Stayed here for a weekend with my fiance and our dog and it was perfect. Short 5 minute drive from downtown and all the great restaurants and shopping. Very dog friendly with fenced in backyard.

Wonderful house and very close to the town of Chatham, the lighthouse, fish pier and beaches.

Beautiful home! Check in was easy. I had a quick question and the host answered very promptly and was super nice ! House was very clean and the electric fireplace was a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it even more than the first! The location is amazing and the surrounding neighborhoods create the perfect location for both people and pets!

We loved this little cozy cottage. Perfect for our mother daughter getaway from the busy city life. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will for sure come back again. The hosts were very quick to get back to us for anything we needed at anytime. Always making sure we were ok. Thank you for letting us stay at ur beautiful home

Exactly as it states in description. Quaint, clean and cozy. The small details were remarkable, towels, soaps, labels in kitchen and helpful binder. The beach 3 min drive, Hardings beach, perfect for sun tanning and swimming but sunsets were priceless.?

We really enjoyed both the house and the location. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The local beach is 5 star. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to Harding Beach and bike paths; perfect size for family; Comfortable beds, quiet, nice sitting areas, both the living room and sunroom, and grill and kitchen worked well! We did not end up sitting on the beach, but there were beach chairs if we had needed them which is handy, and a shed to store our bikes.

Great location

We loved the outdoor area. It is really large and almost doubles the living/relaxing space. It's less than a mile from Hardings Beach where we went every day. It's worth it to buy a weekly beach pass because you will be there every day! It was also a short drive to downtown Chatham and Lighthouse Beach. We brought our little pup and we felt safe letting her out with us in the fenced-in yard. We were there in late June, but there is a gas fireplace which I imagine is great during the fall. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 stars is because the kitchen could use an upgrade, but really, who cares when you are on vacation.

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Chatham. Our dog loved the backyard, and the inside was clean and cozy. The walk to the beach was easy and about 20 minutes! Would absolutely come back again.

This property was perfect for a relaxing Cape getaway. The location was incredible — less than 10 min drive to Main Street and tucked away in the beautiful neighborhoods of Chatham. My fiancé and I enjoyed walking down to Harding Beach! The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs and the house had everything you could need. Thank you for a great stay!
