Clean with a nice outdoor space

The accommodation was easily accessible from and to the airport and close to excellent restaurants. The place was clean and very comfortable, with everything needed for cooking and relaxing.

We really adored the red little door upon arrival.When we walked in we were greeted with a smell of calmness and clean. We really appreciate how most things are white but you can tell the upkeep is very niceAdditionally Gabriel was really easy to contact and receive replies and we definitely appreciate thatThe location was beautiful and in walking distance to many things. We were grateful to meet a neighbor a few blocks away that shared some fruit off of a tree so we can definitely say the neighbors and neighborhood is darlingAnd if we had to be honest we feel like the pictures of the place do not do it justice because when you walk in it clearly is a beautiful Oasis!We already mentioned to ourselves if we want to come back to Arizona we sure hope Gabriel's property is available and that he will have us againOh in one extra plus plus is a place called McKenzie's was right there down the street we ended up walking there the first night not realizing the Seahawks was playing and they actually had the game on with 12s in the building and that made us just so happy that a piece of home was with us on our tripAppreciate you Gabriel for being awesome attentive and just having an overall warm inviting space

This location was suitable for our needs. We waited for our car to be shipped from Chicago and this was a great place to enjoy a few days in town.

We stayed at this quaint duplex in central Phoenix with a great location that made getting around easy. The host was excellent—responsive and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was a highlight with great water pressure and nice hot water. Me and my family felt safe in the neighborhood as well.That said, the place could really use a deep clean. The ceiling had visible dirt (vent covers), cabinet faces were grimy, the fridge wasn’t clean, and the shower could use more attention. Despite that, the overall stay was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. We will stay again.

Nice and easy place to visit pheonix

This is our second time staying at this duplex. Great neighborhood, which is very quiet, and walkable. Gabe is a great host. He is available to answer questions. The kitchen is well appointed, and has all you need to cook a meal. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels. We will stay again.

6 night stay for 2 adults and a 10yr old, nice and comfortable, convenient distance to the city and quiet while not far from a main road.We were very comfortable in the modern looking living room, adequate kitchen (just sugar missing, easy to make up with packets from coffee places worth checking out within a couple miles) and night lights in bathroom and rooms. Swing shower door inward so you don't hit towel rods that swing outward, modern fixtures all round.Outdoor string lights in car port, metal door with manual lock and extra feeling of security when leaving, and convenient keypad entry to main door.2 different feel mattresses, 1 style worked for each of us.Great value, reliable newer small duplex, you never really see or hear the other side, so even better. Book without hesitation...

We enjoyed our week stay at this nicely decorated, clean, comfortable property. It was a good location near our family. The area is quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. It was central to all my relatives from east valley to west. The place was quiet, cute and clean.

The property was lovely, the location was central, the follow up and updates were great by the owner and they were lovely and surprising touches that were not expected

Our short-stay for three nights were peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed sitting out in the yard before we go back to the airport and we appreciated the detailed touch of the amenities of indoor and outdoor. During our stay, we met our host, Gabe who had a lovely smile with nice manner. We enjoyed the live music on the weekend at Phoenician, we enjoyed playing the billiard at Arizona Biltmore and We enjoyed the scenic view of the different point of view restaurant at Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Three resorts are all close by the location of the duplex.

It was so relaxing. Everything thing that you could possibly need for your stay is provided. Cute and clean property.

This is the other half of a duplex...and it was large and clean. It was very nice on the inside. Great shower. Comfortable beds. I actually really dug the neighborhood as well. Convenient to downtown. Not crazy far from Spring Training fields.

It was quiet and comfortable.

This Quaint VRBO is just that. The neighborhood is quiet, our host was friendly and helpful. The duplex was clean and well lit when we arrived after dark. I would stay here again.stay here lean when we arrivedthe helpful
