Stayed Sep 4, 2025We have stayed in many VRBO rentals. This was the best. It was in a fantastic location. The great room was a wonderful place to gather after a day at the close by Nauset Beach. The King size beds were more than comfortable.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a great time at the Orleans house. It was comfortable, spacious, and a perfect location. Our kids loved the kids room and the toy bin. We made use of the fire pit and bbq and enjoyed sitting out in the comfortable weather and watching the fireflies. Appreciated that sand toys and beach chairs were available. It would have been nice to have a beach umbrella available; the one that was offered went with the outdoor table and was too heavy to lug to beach. All in all an ideal time in Cape Cod. The kitchen appliances/cookware were perfectly stocked. My only feedback on that note is that it was tough that they had zero communal cooking items barring a container of salt. Always a bit of a bummer to have to stock up on all the little things when you're coming from out of town like oil, vinegar, pepper, mustard, etc. Additionally, some parts of the home could use some updating/love and appeared a bit worn. The blinds for instance did not always open/close, coffee maker turned off sometimes when brewing, rugs/towels/dishtowels could use replacement. We still had a really lovely and comfortable stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We had an amazing time and the house is beautiful. Being centrally located worked perfect for our family. We were able to jump around to all parts of the cape and then relax and rest at the house. Thank you for the place to stay, we will be back!
