Quaint 4-bedroom home located in Wichita’s adorable College Hill

Location in Wichita was great, nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything

The host was very welcoming and accommodating, and the house was adorable! We love the College Hill area, so it was nice to stay there for a weekend. Thank you, Larry!

It was nice, comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay!it took me a minute to to work the Cypher lock and one of the showers.The outside trash bin was full and full trash bags were in the back porch.

We stayed here for a low-key reunion of old friends/girls’ weekend, and it was the perfect location in a beautiful old neighborhood full of character and charm. The house is full of original wood trim and built-in cabinets, so when entering, the old-wood smell is fairly strong. At first it’s slightly off putting, but then it’s like a warm hug. Don’t know how else to describe it. The house was clean, and generally well-stocked. The kitchen’s supply of could use a few more staples (olive/cooking oil, coffee for the full-size coffee maker, etc

Clean home in a quiet location. Beds were comfortable. We were only there at night so it was nice to have the comfy beds. :)

Four of us, each had our own bedroom. Living room great for late night visits. Dining room perfect for meals. Close to several restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Owner very accomodating. Wøould definitely stay again.

This property is exactly as shown and described. Hardwood floors, wide staircase, high ceilings. We’ve stayed in multiple VRBO properties - this property sets a new standard for us regarding items provided, owner communication, and location. Host was very responsive and very helpful. We would stay here again without question. If you are going to McConnell Air Force Base or Wichita this property is what you are looking for. Great location and superbly maintained.

Great stay! The house has character and all of the amenities we needed for the stay. Towels and kitchen supplies were plenty. The location is close to all attractions in Wichita. Hot water for showers and lots of room for our party of 5. The back deck area could use a refresh but serviceable.

Very old house. Charming in that old fasioned way. Very creaky and has the old house smell. We enjoyed that.

This house is just as described. We were in Wichita for a graduation and it was wonderful that we could all stay together. Great bathrooms, plenty of hot water, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was so comfortable with controls upstairs and down. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook at the house.

Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for eating and gathering for games and visiting, which was perfect for our family weekend trip. It's a really cool older home design! And lots of outdoor space to enjoy nice weather. Check out was pretty simple, which we appreciated as well.

We loved this house. It had so much room and character! We cooked a lot and had plenty of cookware and glassware to make our meals. Beds were comfortable. Quiet street. The neighborhood is so cute and felt very safe. There is also a dining room with a large table to eat at which isn’t shown in the photos. We would highly recommend!

This home had so much character. It was large enough to accommodate my husband and I and our 3 adult children. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms.

This house was perfect for our sisters weekend! We had everything we needed and the location was so convenient. We spent quite a bit of time around the dining room table working puzzles and playing games. We'd highly recommend this home.

Our son and family live next door to this house which makes our visit extremely convenient. Our oldest daughter joins us too. We have included family from California too. Words alone cannot express what joy and peace it brings to have access to your beautiful home. We will definitely want to come again.

I think we were disappointed in no hot tub. We looked around and did not find it - we all had brought our suits and were looking to use that after a long day. Other than that it was fine. We all slept well. It met our needs.

Everything about this house was wonderful! The neighborhood is charming and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The rooms are very spacious and the house has many nooks and crannies for visiting. We came for a family wedding and everyone rented a house but everyone wished they had ours! In the future my family will rent this one - but it’ll be a challenge to get it before my siblings!

The breakfast nook was our go to room.. loved the murals on the walls!!! The house is very charming both inside and outside..
