Stayed May 14, 2026If you need a home-base in Seattle, whether for a weekend get away, a sporting event or a weeks vacation, this cozy Ballard get away is perfect! From finding it online to check out, it could not have been an easier process. The email from property owner Kim with all the instructions was perfectly detailed and easy to understand. Arriving at the location and easily entering the apartment, you immediatly felt at home. It has all you need and centrally located to everything! Thank you Kim and I look forward to a return visit!

Stayed Apr 17, 2026This is a very nice apartment. The spacious kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils, and there were even some spices and cooking oils. This is in a quiet location in Ballard with easy access to great restaurants in the area. The bed was so comfortable that it makes me want to invest in a memory foam bed. Kim is a very responsive hostess and quickly answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Kim’s apartment.

Stayed Apr 15, 2026This was a great experience, cute space, quiet neighborhood, tho near a school. Football practice wasn’t too noisy. Great experience, would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 11, 2026The place is so nice, the bed was lovely. They have a cozy place but good room for two people. Two suggestions, better directions around the alley and when stepping in the door there is a step down. Maybe a watch your step would be nice. But had a great time and will go back.

Stayed Apr 6, 2026It was perfect. My daughter and I stayed for a week and it was great. Everything worked, was clean and neat. And the bonus for me was how quiet it was inside. I didnt feel like I was in a city, it was just quietThe Directions and instructions for the unit, given by the host, were very helpful.
