The fully fitted kitchen area contains all modern appliances including a 4-burner gas hob and oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. There is one bedroom (4ft 6in double) with views over the harbour towards Brownsea Island. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).



Parking – There is one allocated parking space to the rear of the house (space is 240cm wide and 390cm long - accessed under an archway - 250cm high and 250cm wide).



Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.

Boat trips are also available to visit Brownsea Island, Wareham, Old Harry Rocks and other local gems. The property is 5 miles from Sandbanks, 15 miles from Corfe Castle, 20 miles from Swanage and 16 miles to Monkey World. POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice.
