Stayed Oct 12, 2025This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Four of us stayed in a bunk room and there was only one little square of soap for the sink and shower. And not much soap for the washing machine. The floors could have been cleaner - our socks turned black. The beds were very comfortable.

Stayed May 2, 2024Lots of space and fun things to do! The kitchen was lacking in food prep and cooking equipment. No large pots and pans. If you're visiting with a large group, there should be pans to cook for a large group. There were places for them to be in the big cupboards! When we arrived, there was a broken railing on a bunk bed that they came and removed quickly. And when we left, we forgot a whole drawer full of clothing that they graciously collected and met up with us to return! I recommend this place highly!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the rental was great. A few little problems like a knob missing on stove and a knob mot working on bbq. A hot tub was recently installed too, but hadn't been put on maintenance. They got it up and running for us before our stay was over. Didn't really need it anyway, since rental is across the street from the pool complex. Rental was very clean and furniture was comfortable. There were a lot of fun amenities.

We were in a beautiful part of the area with the red cliffs. Food and shopping and activities are all close by. The swimming areas were used a lot and we had plenty of room for our group.

Stayed Jul 25, 2023The location was perfect. The water park was definitely the highlight of our grand children’s stay, since St. George was experiencing heat wave the week we were there. The game room was also a fan favorite. They were 18 in our party and we felt like we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property!

Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and the location and the amenities, However, my daughter forgot to get all the clothes out of the dresser. We filed the forms and she has called multiple times. They keep saying they will check but nothing has happened in over a month. Very frustrating!
