TVs do not get any tv channels. Have to use streaming services which I dont use and even the bedrooms would not connect to anything.

A beautiful home and wonderful location. Very easy to communicate with when we had a question, the beds were very comfortable and the home had a lot of open living space. Fully stocked kitchen and close to pools. Would love to stay here again.

Might be the best fit of any VRBO we have ever stayed at for our larger family. My wife and I and 3 kids stayed here and we were very happy with the house....the amenities and the location!

Loves that this property is 15 minutes from the heart of St.George. There is a great park within walking distance. There is also a wonderful bike park called snake hallow which has something for every level of mountain biker or bmx biker. There are many good take home foods and a grocery store within walking distance as well. The pool is great and heated! However, the spa pump was broken and barely bubbling. There were old drink bottles and garbage everywhere so it wasn't terribly clean. We even watch a team of two men come in and pick up a few pieces of trash and skip by the rest. Still we had fun on our stay and enjoyed the proximity of the property. Unit 1 had many amenities. It was a comfortable stay for 8 guests. Came with pool towels and enough bathroom towels. Wish they would clean the comforters, pillows and blankets; as those aren't cleaned between guests but is a regular practice of many hotels. The carpet is in need of a shampoo. Overall, we had a great stay! We would definitely come back.

The door code was a slight problem twice. The main TV was difficult to decipher . Other than those two problems all else was great!

We've stayed in this neighborhood seven or eight times over the past few years and love the different pools and nearby scenery and activities available. This home was missing the pool key upon arrival and when I reached out via the app, text, and phone I didn't get a response until the next day. Even then they just asked if I had found it yet and didn't answer any follow up questions I responded with. The phone number listed was disconnected. When I called the text number I did get to speak to a person, but they just told me they were looking into it. We finally got a pool key after we had been there nearly 24 hours. Nobody ever did respond to my question about the Wi cord that was not provided. The customer service was severely lacking unfortunately, especially compared with previous stays. Upon arrival the carpet was still wet, having been cleaned, but dried crunchy, like it still had soap left in it. It also smelled faintly of smoke, but a glade plug in was trying to mask the scent. I would recommend the facilities, but not this particular house, despite it's convenient location, due to those incidents and lack of customer service.

It was great…I would stay there again.
