Here’s the updated punchier version:2/5 stars. This property was worn, dated, and not clean on arrival. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets, mold in the shower, dirty floors and carpet, loose bathroom tiles, a dirty oven and dishwasher, wine stains on the counter, food debris on the stove, dusty baseboards, and outdoor tables covered in spills. The outdoor furniture was filthy, covered in countless stains, and ripped to shreds. There was also dog poop on the lawn.There were also several basic issues that should have been fixed before guests arrived: the hot and cold faucets were switched, the hand soap seemed watered down, there were no washcloths, no tissues, and no hair dryers, the outlets were worn out and would not hold plugs, and the ironing board was child-sized and basically useless.We spent several hours cleaning just to make the place livable. We would not stay here again.Only positive: the owner was quick to respond by text.

Great house for a large group! We had 2 families staying here and the layout was great for it - the outdoor area is absolutely perfect and it was so hot that the pool not being heated was never an issue, also it was the cleanest pool we have seen at a rental. BBQ and outdoor seating area were a huge plus for us. There are no TV’s in any bedroom and the firepit doesn’t work, however those were not a big deal just worth noting if it’s important to you. We would stay here again!

This house was great! The rooms were well appointed and the backyard was a lovely space to relax. Communication was wonderful as well.

Property was as described and as pictured. Host was quick to respond with questions. Check in and check out were easy and seamless.

The house was perfect for my groups needs. We had comfortable beds and rooms to sleep in and enjoyed the game room a lot! Check in and out was so easy.

Great back yard for swimming, lounging, fire pit and putt putt golf. Something for everyone! Spacious interior!

Overall very good! It housed a large group of family and was very wellEquipped. Had a little trouble with ice maker and were told the pool would be warm by March. Perhaps we misunderstood that that meant heated. Great spaces to gather and the weather certainly wasn’t your fault!

Our team attended a conference in Gilbert and we found this gem in Chandler to serve as our base while visiting. The house was perfect for us - plenty of space to spread out and also a great place to gather together - both inside and out. Great location and accommodations.

Great week in Arizona. The house met all our needs and all the guys were pleased with the accommodations. Location was perfect. 5 minutes from downtown Chandler and an easy drive to the auction and the airport. Check in was super easy. Communication with our contact was excellent.

Fantastic home and back yard! This home had a great lay out with lots of space and it was in a quiet neighbourhood that was not far from the golf courses and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Property management was on point too. They made it very easy to check in a bit early and looked after us during our stay.

The house was perfect to host our team while in town for a conference. Good space to have conversations. WiFi worked great for people to do work while there.

This is a great house for a large gathering. Everyone had a nice bed and private room. We played with the games and had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked, we could have used some cookie sheets and tongues. The backyard was pretty and comfortable.

Great home! Plus. everything was easy. Instructions to enter home made sense, house was as described, host was responsive. I highly recommend this home and location.
