Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious Desert Oasis is in a quiet cul de sac with access to highway 10, plenty of shopping, the sunland mall and racetrack. this rental is 22 minutes from the El Paso Airport and Ft. Bliss. This rental is also great for entertaining with its open 1st floor, back yard space and putting green! Putters available!

The bottom floor is opened from the living room, to kitchen, to dining room with plenty of space! the 2ndfloor leads to the main bedroom with a Queensize bed and its own bathroom and jacuzzi tub, followed by two smaller rooms with queensize beds and a bathroom with shower in the hall. the upstairs also has two balconies.

The neighborhood is located in a dead end street in the beautiful westside of El Paso, with quick access to restaurants, shops and the highway.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway.
1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 500 dollar fee if the property smells like smoke.
2. No parties: The property is intended for quiet enjoyment. Please respect the peace and privacy of the neighbors. This property is close to the freeway and you may experience noise from the backyard side of the house and the main bedroom but we ask you still attempt to keep noise levels down. Please clean up after entertaining .500 dollar fee if we find a party was thrown.
3. Grill and Fire Pit Use: Never under any circumstances leave a grill or FirePit unattended. Do not operate the FirePit under windy conditions or if there is an air quality advisory in effect that day.
3. No pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly approved by the host in advance. Violation of this rule may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
4. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 4:00PM, and check-out time is 10:00AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
5. Noise level: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and the comfort of other guests nearby. Quiet hours in place from 10PM-7AM.
6. Guest limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
7. Respect the property: Treat the house and its amenities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately to the host. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay. The gas fireplace starter battery has been removed and gas fireplace usage is currently not included in amenities. Any replacement of the battery and usage by guest will add an extra charge of $50-200.

    We stayed at this place for a month, and it was a wonderful experience! The house was spacious, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We especially loved how close it was to everything we needed. We have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend it!

    House was new feeling and very clean. It was exactly as pictured with no surprises. Host was quick to respond and when we got locked out had someone come and help within minutes to let us back in. Plenty of room for our family and in a great location on the west side. We will stay again on our next visit.

    This was the perfect place for our stay in the El Paso/Las Cruces area. The house is well kept and even better than the pictures. I would highly recommend this place for sightseeing in the area and if you are attending a graduation at BCOM or NMSU in Las Cruces or visiting Ft. Bliss. The host, Shawn, is attentive to any messages and the most responsive we’ve ever interacted with. We would happily stay here any time we’re in the area.

    My husband and I came to El Paso from Michigan to see our son, daughter-in-law, and meet our first Grandchild! We wanted to book a place close to their apartment that had plenty of room for all of us all to spend time together and we were very happy that we chose to stay at this property. The owner was wonderful to work with and there were no issues. We felt safe and right at home. We will definitely book this property again on our next visit.

    The property is nice, but if you are looking for a place to sit out on the patio and relax, this isn’t for you! No patio furniture at all on any of the patio or balconies! The kitchen table is about to fall apart, extremely wobbly and several drawers in the kitchen are not operational either! The road noise from the interstate in the master bedroom is pretty bad! Also, there isn’t any rugs in the bathrooms for stepping out onto after showering! Beds are comfortable

    We decided on a last minute family trip to return to El Paso after 21 years away. El Paso has grown so much so it was hard ti know where to stay. This location is close to I-10 so quick to get to anywhere in El Paso. Very close to shopping, restaurants and food stores. We had no problems getting quick bites to eat as well. As for the property, we were very impressed on how clean it is maintained. In a cul-de-sac and neighbors were quiet. The views from the backyard, back and front balconies were beautiful to sit in the evenings. Kitchen is supplied to cook if needed and rest of house is supplied with towels, toilet paper, blankets etc. We felt home away from home. Sheets and towels were very clean. Check in and check out were super simple. The host, Shawn, was easily available to reach but checked in on us multiple times and is very accommodating. We would stay here again of ever in the area! Highly recommend for this price range!
