This property provides 360-degree views, is wonderfully laid out, contains all the creature comforts one would hope for during a very special get away. It was the perfect place for an anniversary weekend.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery all around from the bay to the ocean, yet it was very private. Design and finishes were well done. We wanted to stay longer.

A great location for going to the sites both north and south. The apartment itself was outstanding with many kitchen items not found in most properties. The property is spotless and the hosts are lovely. I would definitely stay again!

What a great property and setting! We had a very nice 5 day visit and explored up and down the coast from this central location. Views from the property were even better than we expected, and we enjoyed watching the activity on the river. Make sure you grab a meal at the Drift Inn in Yachats and the Waterfront Depot in Florence! Wonderful Hosts!

This was one of the most enjoyable vacation time ever! Very happy we came to Oregon Coast and stayed at Puma Point. It was exceptionally awesome. The condo is exactly as listed in its description. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing, peaceful home that we could enjoy time spent discovering the Oregon coast and we found it at Puma point (Waldsport, OR). The condo has speculator views (as seen on website), its own garage, and was well stock for cooking and enjoying peaceful evenings at home while also being in central location within 15 min close to small market and variety of good restaurants within 10-30 min from house if you chose to eat out. The host/hostess were awesome as well as gracious in their hospitality and well knowledgeable about where to go/see. They were accessible to ask questions about particular area. They even have their own webpage for helping you to sort through details on restaurants, sightseeing, hiking and shopping sorted by location in central coast. It was like having a concierge on-site! We definitely recommend this vacation spot hope to come back again soon!

This was another of many stays at Puma, I always return here when going to mid OR coast. This rental has everything to make my stay superb. Hosts Kathleen and Gary go beyond the expected, condo is like home but better as everything is so clean and tidy. Hosts suggest wonderful activities. I will continue to return here for many more years

This was our fourth time renting this property, something we’ve never done before having stayed in about 200 rentals since retiring. Gary and Kathleen are exceptional hosts. Their property is beautiful both inside and out, very clean and well maintained. The attention to detail in equipping it is outstanding. We love staying here and love the area.

The stay at the Puma Point condo was great. It was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, with beautiful Bay and ocean views. The hosts, Kathleen and Gary, had everything there that you could possibly need and we're there when you needed them. A very relaxing stay.

Beautiful location on the Oregon Coast. Views from apartment matched the lovely interior. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and inviting. Kitchen has all you could need and then some to make full meals. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The river views from the balcony and ocean views from bedroom are both wonderful. Owners Gary and Kathleen are friendly and welcoming. Excellent location to traverse the many beautiful sites along the Oregon Coast. Would highly recommend this peaceful escape.

Love our stays at Puma Point! This is a special place on the Oregon coast. It is one of our favorites. Great central location to explore the coast. Governor Patterson beach is very close. This is an easily accessible beach with no steep climb or steps. This beach is personaly our favorite beach on the coast and we have visited many. Puma Point provides a beautiful view of the Pacific, Patterson beach, Alsea Bay and Alsea bridge. There is a small private deck off with seating and a bbq grill. Love watching the seals sunning themselves at low tide on the sand bars near the bridge. The condo is lovely and well stocked with all kitchen and other needs. A plus is that you have access to your own one car garage. Kathleen and Gary are gracious hosts that make the stay even better. Will definitely return for future stays.

This was our first and hopefully not our last visit to Puma Point. The condo, although situated over the garage of the main house, was a private getaway for us. The hosts were available to offer assistance as needed, but were very unobtrusive. We found the condo to be immaculate and welcoming, with a well equipped kitchen and the living space was comfortable and cozy. The views of the river, bridge and ocean are stunning, and the overall location was great for day trips & exploring the beautiful Oregon coast. We are looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Kathleen and Gary are wonderful hosts, kind, warm and eager to recommend nearby attractions and activities. This is a new, immaculate, beautiful and huge apartment, situated above the three car garage adjacent to their home, with separate entrance, large and fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful views of the bay and ocean. Every morning we watched seals hunting for salmon as we sipped our coffee from our deck. We will be back for sure!

Condo was great, had everything we needed. Great location and beautiful view. Gary was an accommodating host. Would stay there again, we had a great time.

This place is amazing in every way! The scenic beauty from every window and the attention to detail when the space was laid out was outstanding! The furnishings, the decor, the amenities and the kitchen necessities were all top notch. We had everything we needed and more! The place is so comfortable and we wish we had planned more time in this area! Seeing whales from the window was an added bonus and the place is more awesome than the pictures can show! Our most recent visit was our third in a row and we love this vacation rental! We have stayed in more than 150 rentals over the years and this is our all-time favorite. Gary & Kathleen are very gracious hosts. The attention to detail is incredible. The space is immaculate and well stocked. The view is lovely. We feel very much at home here and plan to return.
