Clean, spacious lower level suite in a home located in a quiet neighborhood 4 miles from Penn State’s campus and near restaurants/stores on N Atherton. Multiple TVs and family games. Living room, kitchen with microwave/toaster but no stove. 2 queen beds with a full futon. Living room, sitting area, large bedroom. Private entrance and ample driveway and street parking. Space can fit 8 people with cots but the space is most ideal for 6 or less people.

Stayed Nov 11, 2022The house was gorgeous and very clean. The owner went above and beyond to give plenty of amenities to make the stay as great as possible. Has everything you need and then some. The owner was great at communicating and very nice. Great place overall, I would definitely choose to stay there again!
