Stayed Mar 19, 2026The condo is good size and clean with everything we needed. There are 2 parking spots in front of the unit under a car port, but they are bit narrow for a full size truck. The location worked well for us, but it's not walking distance to campus (walking to the bus stop would work though)

Stayed Aug 15, 2025We enjoyed our short stay at this townhome in State College. It was very roomy for us, and it was nice to have Keurig coffee and snacks supplied for us. The window air units and ceiling fan worked great. A suggestion would be to have some hand towels. I didn't rate down because of that. Thanks for a nice stay!
