PS Wag: Beautifully Remodeled Mid-Century Gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was great and layout and pools were perfect. The back king bedroom has the bed up against a wall that is shared by a bathroom. You can hear whoever is in the bathroom as the wall must have no insulation. Also would have the step-off slabs in the yard marked with some reflective tape as they are dangerous if you are not paying attention. The outdoor shower was a plus! Loved that! There were plenty of thick bath towels too. Jacuzzi heats up fast.

Place matched pictures. Wear and tear starting to show on walls and small things here and there. Outside cushions were pretty bird stained and needed to hose off everything. House contents were amazing from dishes to labeling of everything (best house ever relative to this). More supplies than other houses we rented like hand soap, dish soap, TP, etc. really excelllently stocked. Would come back again and recommend.

Very pet friendly and the outdoor area was well appointed with a grill we used multiple times along with a spa that got quite hot.

Our grandsons (5 & 2) had a great time swimming in the pool! We were close to everything. We rode the Aerial Tramway - it was a group favorite! We also went to the Joshua Tree and did some hiking! I couldn't have found a better area and home to spend my 70th birthday with my family in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property for several reasons, one being it had the number of Bedrooms that we thought we needed at the time. It turns out that we had some family members who were unable to attend, but we really loved the house and the pool regardless. The orientation of the house and hedges allows for the pool to be about 70% shaded most of the day, so you can be in the sun or the shade while enjoying the pool. Kitchen was great and the outdoor BBQ was very useful when you don't want to use the oven inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to downtown Palm Springs and airport. We mostly hung around the house and enjoyed the ambiance of all the amenities PS Wag had to offer. The four star given for condition below was due to dull kitchen knives and palm tree fronds blocking half of firepit seating but we just pulled chairs to sit. Great house and I would stay here again😁

We stayed at the PS Wag House for 10 days with our family over Christmas and I wish I could write a more complimentary review. We were disappointed with the overall quality of the house and the upkeep of the yard and landscaping was not what the pictures reflected. The house has some wear and tear and needs some TLC. When we arrived, the heater on the pool was broken and the hedge was 4ft higher than the pictures and was towering over the pool and blocking the view. The property management company was very quick to remedy the situation, but I shouldn’t have had to call in the first place. The owners wrote a nice note and bought us a bottle of champagne, but for the price we paid for the house, I feel disappointed. In contrast, our friends rented a similar 4br house on the same street during the same time and it was immaculate and they didn’t have any of the issues we encountered.
