The home is spacious, modern, spotless, and perfectly cool inside. The open floor plan is ideal for groups — we could cook, make drinks, or lounge together in the living area watching TV, playing games (cupboards are stocked!), or streaming music on the Sonos. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, TV, and plenty of closet space. The master “gold room” feels like a spa with its en suite bath, standing shower, fluffy towels, and bath products.The outdoor space is next-level. A fully covered patio stretches the length of the house — a total game changer compared to my earlier visits. It’s perfect for shaded lounging or cooling off at the bar, while the sun lovers floated in the gorgeous pool or relaxed in the hot tub (it easily fit all six of us!). Multiple seating areas, recliners, a fire pit, and a great BBQ setup made it feel like a private resort.The kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals at home, including plenty of cups for poolside drinks. We loved balancing nights out with meals together at the house.Finally, the Relax Palm Springs team is outstanding. Their communication and support before, during, and after our stay was top-notch. They responded quickly, shared excellent local recommendations, and made sure every detail was covered.If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable oasis in Palm Springs, I can’t recommend P.S. Leverage enough. I’ll definitely be back again — next time for two weeks!

It's always a crowd-pleaser. There are multiple areas in the house and the backyard to hang out. Robert, one of the property managers, was extremely responsive and delightful. I will absolutely rent this property again. It's in the works already!

Robert was an amazing property manager, and he actually made the stay great. The airport is very close, but other than that, it was exactly what we had hoped for!

Everything is in pristine condition and so many household items to use for whatever your cooking/drinking needs! We made some tasty piña coladas and hung out around the pool for most of the day! Everything about the place is great! Tons of board games, great TV set up, etc...Super cheap uber to the heart of the Palm Spring strip too!

It’s close to shopping and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is perfect for all types of recreation and lounging.

Very spacious and well-maintained house with large yard and pool/spa. Yard features a fire pit, gas grill, and ample seating for a large group. Can enjoy either direct sun or shade outdoors. If you enjoy seeing and hearing air traffic to and from Palm Springs, you have that also, although not very loud indoors. Would stay there again, manager very attentive.

The house is a bit dated but in good repair. Location is convenient to dining and golf courses but very close to the airport at the departure end of the runway. Pool and outdoor spaces an are very good. Regular pool and grounds maintenance keep things very clean. Great orientation for sunbathing. D

Reviewer Comments: PS Leverage is the third house that we have rented in through Relax Palm Springs. We have always had superb experiences using this company. They answer all questions in a timely manner and if there was a need for them to come and take care of an issue they came right away. Of the three houses we’ve rented this one was our least favorite solely based on its location. It is on a busy 4 lane street which had traffic noise plus it’s quite close to the airport so lots of jet noise. Of the three properties rented the backyard pool and hot tub area has been our favorite! Just beautiful and since we had gorgeous weather we spent lots of time enjoying the outside!
