PS Leverage: Chic and Stylish - Elevate Your Vacation Getaway

Well-appointed home and a pool that is everything you would want. Had a great time with my family.

Pool and landscaping were amazing. House was clean and big enough for a small family or group of friends. Plenty of common space -- especially outdoors.

The house was great and the back yard pool area was even better. Clean, well stocked and accurate as to listing details. The obvious location issue with being at the end of the PSP runway we accepted and was really not a big issue at all. Great management team and extremely responsive to any minor issues! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at P.S. Leverage three times now, and it just keeps getting better! The home is spacious, modern, spotless, and perfectly cool inside. The open floor plan is ideal for groups — we could cook, make drinks, or lounge together in the living area watching TV, playing games (cupboards are stocked!), or streaming music on the Sonos. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, TV, and plenty of closet space. The master “gold room” feels like a spa with its en suite bath, standing shower, fluffy towels, and bath products. The outdoor space is next-level. A fully covered patio stretches the length of the house — a total game changer compared to my earlier visits. It’s perfect for shaded lounging or cooling off at the bar, while the sun lovers floated in the gorgeous pool or relaxed in the hot tub (it easily fit all six of us!). Multiple seating areas, recliners, a fire pit, and a great BBQ setup made it feel like a private resort. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals at home, including plenty of cups for poolside drinks. We loved balancing nights out with meals together at the house. Finally, the Relax Palm Springs team is outstanding. Their communication and support before, during, and after our stay was top-notch. They responded quickly, shared excellent local recommendations, and made sure every detail was covered. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable oasis in Palm Springs, I can’t recommend P.S. Leverage enough. I’ll definitely be back again — next time for two weeks!

It's always a crowd-pleaser. There are multiple areas in the house and the backyard to hang out. Robert, one of the property managers, was extremely responsive and delightful. I will absolutely rent this property again. It's in the works already!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were at the home for 19 evenings, and it was a very nice property. Robert was an amazing property manager, and he actually made the stay great. The airport is very close, but other than that, it was exactly what we had hoped for!

Everything is in pristine condition and so many household items to use for whatever your cooking/drinking needs! We made some tasty piña coladas and hung out around the pool for most of the day! Everything about the place is great! Tons of board games, great TV set up, etc...Super cheap uber to the heart of the Palm Spring strip too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was even better in person than the pictures made it seem. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is perfect for all types of recreation and lounging.

Perfect for the weekend. Would definitely stay again for any occasion with friends or family!
